Payment of membership fees

It was supposed to be an automatic renewal, but I was cancelled.

Your membership may be automatically terminated in the following cases:


▼ [Annual and Monthly membership plan] When paying by credit card

Your registered credit card may be deactivated due to insufficient funds or expiration date.

If it is determined that you are unable to make the payment, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

*Please contact your credit card company to find out the reason for the payment failure.


▼If you choose carrier payment

Payment information will not be carried over if the following conditions apply:

・Cancellation of mobile phone contract, change of contract details (name, phone number, etc.)

・Changing models due to changing mobile phone carriers



*Even if you have temporarily cancelled your membership, if you re-register (i.e. go through the payment procedure) after logging in with the same Plus member ID (email address) within 30 days, you will be able to continue using the site with your membership status, including your joining date and points, retained.

*Please note that if 30 days have passed since your subscription was cancelled, or if you use a different email address to complete the procedure, your registration will not be carried over and you will become a new member.
