What if my last name has changed?

A

You cannot change your registered name by yourself.
Please contact us here with the following information:

・Registered name (Kanji/Furigana)
・Changed surname (kanji/furigana)
・Plus member ID (formerly, EMTG ID)
・Date of birth (8 digits in the Gregorian calendar)

Please note that name changes are not possible.
No changes are permitted, even for family members.
