Please tell me how to cancel my membership.

Your membership will expire one year from the month you join, so if you do not renew your membership, you will be terminated.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your membership before your membership expires, please contact us via "Inquiries."

[Monthly membership plan]

After logging in to the site, please click on "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the site homepage to complete the procedure.

You can also complete the cancellation procedure through the "Cancellation Procedures" section on MY PAGE.

*Even if you cancel your membership to the site, your registration for "OCTPATH MAIL MAGAZINE (free)" will remain valid.
If you wish to stop receiving "OCTPATH MAIL MAGAZINE (free)", please cancel here.

■About credit card automatic renewal

If you select ``Credit Card Payment'' when selecting your payment method when joining, the service will automatically continue paying your annual membership fee from the following year onward.

If your credit card is automatically renewed, your membership will be automatically renewed afterthe 20th of the month your membership expires.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please complete the procedure for automatic cancellation of renewal from "MY PAGE."

*Please note that the procedure for canceling automatic renewal must be completed by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires, and your membership will be automatically renewed after that date.
