When you access your My Page, if your membership is still renewing, [Automatic renewal] will be displayed next to the "Membership expiration date."

If you have canceled automatic renewal, your "Registered Credit Card Information" will not be displayed.

To stop automatic renewal, please change your "Registered Credit Card Information" on "My Page".

You can stop the video on the page you are redirected to by clicking on it.

You can cancel your membership up until the 20th of the month your membership expires.

Please note that your subscription will be automatically renewed after the due date.
