[Monthly membership plan] Can I change the payment method?

You can change it by following the steps below.

▼If you change your payment credit card
After logging in, please go to [My Page > Settings > Check, change, or cancel card information].
Once password authentication is complete, you will be redirected to the [Card Information Change Procedure] screen where you can enter your payment credit card information, so please make your changes here.

▼If you want to change your payment method from carrier payment
You can change your payment method, but due to system limitations, you will need to cancel your membership first.
After cancelling your membership, please re-register using your preferred payment method.

Even if you cancel your membership, you can still register again within 30 days with the same Plus member ID (email address).
If you re-register (= complete the payment procedure) after logging in,
You can continue to use the site with your membership status including your joining date and points.

※please note※
If you change from [Carrier Payment/550 yen] to [Credit Card Payment/550 yen] within the same month,
You will be billed from two separate payments, totalling 1,100 yen per month.

If you wish to change your payment method, we recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and re-register the following month using your new payment method.

If you change from credit card payment to a different credit card,
Even if you join and cancel your membership within the same month, there will be no duplicate charges.
