If you change your email address
If you have not made any changes to your email address on your My Page, please enter the email address you used to register.
It will remain valid as a "login ID" even if you are no longer able to receive emails due to a change in model, etc.
[4] The password may be incorrect.
Click on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login screen.
Please set a new password and try logging in.
