[Annual membership plan] About renewal

Q
[Annual membership plan] I received an email from my credit card company notifying me of my membership fee withdrawal one month before my membership expired.
A

If you choose to pay by credit card, a "provisional sales process" will be made one month before your membership expiration date.
"Provisional sales processing" is a state in which the card limit has simply been secured.

Depending on the card company you use, this information may be included in the withdrawal email or online statement.
With "temporary sales processing," no settlement or invoicing occurs,
If you cancel your membership by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires, no payment will be made.

If you use a debit card or prepaid card, a withdrawal may occur when the provisional sales are processed.

If you later cancel the automatic renewal, no payment will be made and you will be refunded after a certain period of time has passed, so please rest assured.
As debit cards and prepaid cards are not guaranteed to work, we are unable to provide details regarding refunds. Please contact your card company for more information.

If you have selected automatic credit card renewal, you will be charged unless you cancel your membership by the 20th of the month your membership expires.
