【2026年度 発送対象】
以下の条件をすべて満たす方が発送対象となります。
●2025年12月31日までに「月会費まとめて払いコース」へご登録された方
 (※上記期間内に「月会費コース」からコース変更された場合も含む)
●継続可能な期間（会員有効期限の3か月前から1ヶ月後の末日まで）に次年度の継続をされた方
●継続後の会員有効期限が2027年1月31日から2027年12月31日までの方

2026年度の継続特典お届け対象は、
～2025年12月31日までに「月会費まとめて払いコース」にご登録後(コース変更をされた方も含む)、

[Shipping time]
The expected shipping date will vary depending on when you completed the renewal procedure.
・Those who completed renewal procedures between November 2025 and February 2026: Scheduled for March 2026
・For those who have completed the renewal procedure after March 2026, we plan to ship the product within the month following the procedure.
*We will announce this on "NEWS" as soon as the shipping of renewal benefits begins.
*Please refrain from making individual inquiries regarding shipping dates and methods.

[Shipping address]
We will ship to the address registered on your My Page.
If reshipment is necessary due to an incomplete address, we will charge you a reshipment fee.
Please be sure to check for any errors or changes at least one month before the scheduled shipping start date.
*Shipping is limited to within Japan.

How to check
After logging in to the site, please change your membership information from "Confirm/Change Member Information" on your My Page.
If your last name has changed, please check this page and contact us.

[Regarding renewal procedures]
The continuation procedure isThe last day of the month after 3 months prior to the membership expiration dateまで行っていただくことが可能です。
例)1月末有効期限⇒11月から2月末まで継続手続き可能
自動継続を設定している場合は、会員期限月の末日頃に継続処理が実施されます。

・住所不備のお問い合わせを多く頂いております。登録のご住所を必ずご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
・住所不備で再発送が必要となった場合、再発送料を頂戴いたしますのでご了承下さい。
※マンション名や建物名は省略せずご登録ください。
※ご自宅の表札と宛名が異なると「表札違い」を理由に、発送した特典が返送されてしまいます。
