• ・Can I apply for both Tension UP TO THE SKY seats and general seats?
  ⇒Applications can be made for each performance and each seat type separately.
• ・It says "※Applications can be made for each seat type separately," but is it possible to win both types of seats?
  ⇒The same applicant cannot be selected for both types of seats.
• -If I am unsuccessful in getting a seat for Tension UP TO THE SKY, will I automatically be changed to a general seat?
  ⇒Changes will not be made automatically, so if you wish to change your seat, you will need to apply for each seat type separately.
• -If I apply for two seat types, will my application be canceled?
  ⇒This will not be a cancellation.
• - Can I set priorities such as first and second choice for each seat type?
  You cannot set the priority.
• ・Is there an application process for the Tension UP TO THE SKY seats available for the secondary members of OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB?
  ⇒ Only general seating will be accepted.

Notes

• *Tickets required for ages 3 and up, up to 4 tickets per person (up to 2 tickets for Tension UP TO THE SKY seats)
• * Customers under the age of 16 may only enter if accompanied by a guardian (Osaka performance only).
• *Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to changes in performers.
• *This performance may be streamed online.
• *Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
• *Transfer and resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• *On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules established by the organizers.
• *You may be asked to show identification documents upon entry.
• *If the number of advance tickets is reached, there may be no more seats available for sale. Sales will end once the number of tickets is reached.

Other notes

• *Please refrain from chatting inside the venue, lobby, etc.
• *We will decline gifts, flower arrangements, and congratulatory flowers.
• *Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave around the venue.
• *As a general rule, tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
• *We do not plan to sell alcohol at the venue. Bringing your own alcohol is also prohibited.
  Please follow the instructions of staff and refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other passengers, such as using any seat other than your own.
• *If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.

• If you do not have any of the above (1) to (11) or an official form of identification, please bring the documents listed below.
• *When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please only present the front side (the side with your photo). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your Individual Number printed on it).
• When verifying your identity, the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) will not be seen.
• * Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.
• *If you have a student ID or health insurance card that does not have a photo, please see "If you do not have a photo card."
• *Please note that any identity verification documents that are copied, handwritten, expired, or have been tampered with to make them unusable will not be accepted.

• *If you are unable to receive your e-ticket even on the ticket collection start date, please contact Ticket Plaza customer support using the form below. If you live overseas and do not have a Japanese mobile phone number, you can use an overseas smartphone, but it must have SMS functionality.
  *If you are still unable to receive your electronic ticket on the ticket receipt start date, please contact Tixplus Customer Support from one of the links below. If you live overseas and do not have a Japanese mobile phone number, you can use the service with your overseas smartphone, but SMS messaging must be enabled.

Regarding support goods and volunteer planning

• ※ Please be aware that using materials other than OCTPATH support advertisements (photos released from the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, photos taken in places where photography is not permitted, such as at performances) to create products and sell or distribute them to an unspecified number of people is an infringement of OCTPATH 's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller is making a profit or not. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in protecting OCTPATH 's portrait.
• * Bringing in any support goods other than official OCTPATH merchandise is prohibited, however, slogans may be brought in.

What you can bring

• *The following items cannot be used or brought in:
  ・Slogans using materials other than OCTPATH support advertisements (characters, photos released from the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, photos taken secretly at places where photography is not permitted, such as at performances), fans, boards, sketchbooks larger than the official size, other unofficial goods (regardless of size), etc.

Precautions for use

• *When using official merchandise, please refrain from holding it above chest height.
• *When using slogans, etc., it is prohibited to extend beyond your seat. If the staff determines that it is interfering with the performance or causing a nuisance to other customers, we may refuse your use. Please note.
• *Decoration of official merchandise is possible as long as it is within the size of each product.
• *Even if you contact us requesting permission to carry out a project by a group of volunteers, we cannot act as an intermediary, cooperate, or support.
• *Unofficial merchandise sales and distribution using the image or name of OCTPATH is prohibited within the venue premises and in nearby facilities and public places. In addition, such actions will not be permitted under any circumstances. If unauthorized sales or distribution are discovered, the relevant products will be confiscated and identity verification will be carried out. If it is found that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and you will be denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, we may take photos or videotapes of voyeurs and eavesdroppers without prior notice to prevent recurrence, and we may be forced to take legal action as an illegal act, so please absolutely refrain from such actions. In addition, it is difficult to reduce sales and distribution unless the number of people buying such products decreases. Please understand that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.
