How do I switch from Monthly membership plan to Annual membership plan?

If you wish to change from Monthly membership plan to Annual membership plan, please go to "Cancel membership" on MY PAGE or "Change course here" to complete the cancellation procedure for Monthly membership plan.

After that, the registration method will vary depending on when you re-register for Annual membership plan, so please check below.

*Please note that Monthly membership plan and Annual membership plan fees incurred during the membership period cannot be refunded.

*If you cancel your membership to the site, all settings related to email delivery will be set to "OFF."

After re-registering, please be sure to check the "Email Newsletter Settings" in MY PAGE.

[If you cancel Monthly membership plan and then register for Annual membership plan within the following month]

You can continue to use the site by transferring your membership information.

When you log in with the email address and password you registered when you signed up for Monthly membership plan, you will be taken to a page where you can select the course and payment method, so please make the payment for Annual membership plan.

[If you cancel Monthly membership plan and register for Annual membership plan two months later]

You will not be able to use the site by transferring your membership information.

On the new membership page, select "Proceed to membership procedure" and proceed with the procedure.

In this case, log in with the registered email address and password you obtained when registering for Monthly membership plan, and you will be taken to a page where you can select the course and payment method, so please make the payment for Annual membership plan.

※Changing payment plan within the same month※

If you cancel Monthly membership plan and join Annual membership plan within the same month, you will be charged for both Monthly membership plan and Annual membership plan for that month.

"Monthly fee" 550 yen (tax included) + "Annual membership plan" 6,000 yen (tax included) = total 6,550 yen (tax included)
