How to apply for the second ticket

  • On the second card, you will need to specify a companion other than yourself.
  • The electronic ticket will be issued to each winner's smartphone.

Companion registration information

  • When specifying a companion, you will need the following information:
  • (1) Your companion's Plus member ID
  • (2) Name of accompanying person
  • (3) The phone number of the person accompanying you

  • *After winning, you cannot change your companion. Please be sure to register the information of the person who will be attending with you.
  • *If you enter your smartphone phone number or Plus member ID incorrectly, you will not be able to receive your e-ticket.

We provide an official ticket trading and resale service that allows members to exchange tickets at the fixed price. Unlike ticket resale sites, you can rest assured from the transaction to admission, with "fixed price transactions" and "guaranteed admission"!

Ticket trade/resale is based on a lottery system!
During the trade resale period, a lottery will be held every day at 12:00.
  • *It is not first come, first served, but you can win if you enter and are selected.
  • *Customers cannot specify the destination for trade/resale.
Ticket trading and resale are at list price!

Notes on trading
Please note that Ticket Plaza Trade is a service for Japan only, and those who do not have a domestic account cannot sell tickets.

Those who do not possess an account in Japan are not eligible to exhibit in Tixplus trade. We appreciate your understanding that the procedures will differ depending on your own situation, as the trading system is a domestic service.

Regarding prohibition of unauthorized resale and transfer

Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If unauthorized sales or purchases are discovered or if we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. In such cases, please note that we will not refund the ticket price or compensate for various expenses such as fees and transportation costs.

  • *The name registered at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket, and no one other than that person will be allowed to enter.

    • [Excitement UP TO THE SKY Seats] Accompanying persons must be OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB annual membership plan members.

    • On the FANY ticket application screen, you will need to enter your companion's Plus member ID, companion's name, and companion's smartphone phone number, so please check this before applying.

    3.About compatible devices
    • Electronic ticket issuance using OCTPATH official app can be used with any smartphone with an internet connection and a phone number starting with 090/080/070.

      iPhone devices: iOS 13.0 or later
      Android devices: Android OS 7.0 or later
    • *Electronic tickets are not compatible with "Feature Phones," "Raku-Raku Smartphones (models released before 2014 that are not compatible with Google Play)," "Galaho," "Tablet Devices," and "iPod touch."
      Also, some smartphones are not supported. Please be sure to check the incompatible models.

    4.About email reception settings

    An email will be sent by "FANY Ticket" to inform you of your application completion and the lottery results.

    On the date when the tickets will start to be displayed, Ticket Plaza will send you an email with instructions on how to collect your electronic ticket.

    If you have specified domain reception settings, please make sure you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp". Also, please be careful with your spam settings.

    5.About receiving method
    • Tickets for the performances you purchased will be picked up via the "OCTPATH Official App".

      To prevent unauthorized resale, pickup will only be available via the smartphone connected to the phone number you registered when applying.

      • *Only one phone number can be used per Plus member ID in the OCTPATH official app. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
      • *If you are unable to collect your ticket due to reasons such as changing your phone number after changing your device or entering the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Ticket Plaza customer support after you have started collecting your ticket.
      • *Please make sure that accompanying persons also have a smartphone that meets the recommended environment for OCTPATH official app.
    6. Notes regarding reception
    • Please be sure to enter the applicant's information in the FANY ticket application form. The applicant will be the member associated with the membership number logged in to the fan club site.
    • This advance lottery is open to applicants for [General Seats] who have an annual membership to OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB, and to applicants and accompanying persons for [Excitement UP TO THE SKY Seats] who have an annual membership to OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB. Please apply using the FANY ID that has been linked to the relevant [OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB member].
    • *FANY ID Premium Members (paid members) will not have any advantage in this lottery advance sale.
    • *Please note that you will not be able to apply if you log in with a FANY ID that is not a member of the "OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB".
    • *If you are already a member of the FANY community and are unable to apply, please log out of your FANY ID on FANY Ticket and then log in again.
    • If your application is unsuccessful, it may take some time for us to respond to your inquiry.
    • If you contact us on the closing date, we may not be able to respond in time for the application deadline, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
    • If you cancel your FANY ID after linking it with "OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB", you will need to unlink it.
    • If you do not unlink your account, you will not be able to purchase tickets even if you register a new FANY ID with the same email address. If you wish to unlink your account, please contact us using the details below.
    • When making an inquiry, please state the name of your fan club.

    • If a duplicate membership ID is found, the most recent application will be considered valid.
    • Registration is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Please be sure to check the FANY Ticket website for details and precautions regarding reception.
    • After applying, you can cancel or change the contents of your application within the application period. However, you cannot cancel or change the contents of your application after the application period has ended.
    • If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be canceled.
    • We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seats or lotteries.
    • Only members who have purchased tickets can enter the venue. Unauthorized resale and transfer of tickets is prohibited.
    • Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If we find out that you have made an illegal purchase or are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any other fees.
    • Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future draws.
    • If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to apply depending on the browser. In that case, please try changing your browser to Google Chrome.
