If you are using [Safari Browser] on an iPhone, please check the following.

■ JavaScript settings

Please be sure to enable it.

iPhone > [Settings] > [Safari] > [Advanced] > Enable JavaScript

■About private browsing mode

If "Private Browsing Mode" is set,

You may not be able to view the video, so please watch in normal mode.

When private browsing mode is "on", the top and bottom of the screen will be black,

When it is set to "Off", the top and bottom of the screen will turn white.

■ About "Content Blocker" settings

If you are viewing the site from Safari, you may have a "content blocker"

If it is set to "ON", playback may not be possible.
