On the day of the event, Thursday, February 8th, from 10:00, lottery entry tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who reserve eligible products at the special register near AMAMI STADIUM on the 1st floor of Seven Park Amami.

If you have a "raffle ticket", you can participate in the raffle.

You can participate in the lottery once for each eligible product you reserve.

*CD reservations on the day are limited to 5 per transaction.

*Please note that when it comes to product reservations, priority will be given to those with serial numbers.

*If there are items available for sale on the day, a separate line will be formed. On the day, please wait according to the instructions of the staff.

[About reservations] (Tower mini Seven Park Tenami store)

■Reservation registration and acceptance are only valid at the event venue on the day.

■Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

■To register for a reservation, we will need your mobile phone number and email address. Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to make sure you can receive emails.

■The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows.

① Scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

②Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.

③When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, please access the reservation registration screen using the URL in the body of the email.

④ Choose to receive your item either at a Tower Records store or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fees apply).

⑤Select the item you wish to reserve, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register the reservation details.

⑥Once your reservation registration is complete, you will be shown a QR code for payment. Please present this QR code at the cash register at the venue.

⑦After confirming your reservation details and making payment, we will give you the bonus according to the product.

⑧After completing the payment, you will receive an email titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item" to your registered email address.

*The "[※Do not discard] Payment Complete/Pickup Instructions" email will be required when picking up your item at the store or inquiring about the delivery status, so please keep it in a safe place until you receive your item.

*If you have not received the "[※Do not discard] Payment Complete/Receive Instructions" notification, please be sure to ask a member of staff.

■Payment methods include cash and credit card (lump sum). However, depending on the communication conditions, credit card payment may not be available. In that case, we will only accept cash. Thank you for your understanding.

■Various electronic money/coupons/point cards cannot be used.

■Please note that we cannot accept any changes/cancellations/returns/refunds after a reservation has been made due to personal reasons.

■If you do not have a smartphone/cell phone, please speak to a staff member at the event venue on the day.

[About receiving the product]

■You can choose from the following methods to receive your product.

Store pickup: TOWER mini Seven Park Tenami store (store cannot be specified)

Home delivery: Delivery fee of 900 yen (tax included) will be charged. (We do not deliver to hotels or overseas addresses.)

*You cannot change the receiving method after payment is complete. Also, we cannot combine deliveries.

■Products can be picked up at the store from the evening onwards on the day before the release date.

When receiving your item, please open the URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and show us the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

■For those who wish to have the product delivered, it will be shipped in order from the scheduled shipping date stated in the order information in the email titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Information on how to receive the product."

■The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date.

■If you are unable to receive the item by the specified date due to reasons such as long-term absence, unknown address, or inability to contact us for receipt, we will be unable to hand over the item to you. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the price, so please be aware of this in advance.

■We cannot accept any changes/cancellations/returns/refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer convenience. (This also applies to cases of product delays, etc.)

■If you are unable to receive the product within a certain period due to your circumstances and it becomes necessary to redeliver or forward the product, you will be responsible for the costs incurred. Thank you for your understanding.

[About the lottery]

If you participate in the lottery, you will win either Prize A or Prize B. (There are no losers.)

B Prize: Special event participation ticket

*For both A Prize and B Prize, you can choose either Part 1 or Part 2, whichever you would like to participate in.

*The lottery will be conducted using a lottery machine.

*If the limit for one of the divisions is reached during the lottery, you may not be able to choose a division.

*If you reserve multiple tickets, win both Prize A and Prize B, and wish to attend both the mini live and the special event, please arrive at the meeting time for the mini live.

You will be given one priority area viewing ticket for the mini live (with a serial number).

When the meeting time arrives, please come to the designated event space.

*Mini live priority area viewing tickets (with serial numbers) will be handed out randomly. They are not on a first-come, first-served basis.

*If you would like to participate in the special event held after the mini live, you will need a separate special event participation ticket.

*Mini live priority area viewing tickets (with serial numbers) will be given out up to one per person per session.

*If you already have a mini live priority area viewing ticket (with serial number) [Part 1] and also win the A prize, you will be given a mini live priority area viewing ticket (with serial number) [Part 2] or a special event participation ticket for the part of your choice. (If you do not wish to participate in the mini live [Part 2], you will be given a special event participation ticket.)

*The mini live performance will be standing room only.

※We cannot issue "mini live priority area viewing tickets (with serial number)" on behalf of family or friends. Also, please do not allow your companions to cut in line after you.

*If you are late for the gathering time stated on your "Mini Live Priority Area Viewing Ticket (with serial number)," your serial number will be invalid and you may be forced to enter at the back of the line or may not be able to enter the priority area.

*The event participation ticket is only valid for the winner. Resale or transfer is prohibited.

*If a customer with children is selected for the event, only children of elementary school age or younger may accompany them.

*This event may be canceled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions, weather, the effects of COVID-19, etc.

*Please refrain from lining up before opening or staying up all night.

*In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them. Please understand this before participating.

*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before waiting in line for the reception desk.

*The size of luggage that can be brought into the priority area and special event is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not permitted.)

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

・Those who have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to enter the venue.

・Pets are not permitted at the venue.

- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.

If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning may be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave.
