■About photo identification documents

When participating in the event, please be sure to bring one of the following items (1) to (6) as the winner’s original photo ID (photos, copies, and expired documents are not accepted) as specified by the organizer.

Please note that any other form of identification is invalid for any reason. (Only original documents are valid.)

*Winning rights cannot be sold or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will be banned from participating in any future OCTPATH-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so.

*If there is a clear discrepancy between your identity and the photo on your ID, and the proof cannot be made clear by other identification documents, staff may refuse entry at their discretion. Please be sure to bring your own "designated ID with photo".

*If the address you entered when applying does not match the address on your identity card, you will be denied entry. Please make sure that your identity card matches the address you entered when applying before coming to the event.

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.

*All identification documents that have expired cannot be accepted.

If you do not have any of these documents, or if the details do not match those of the person who placed the order, you will be denied participation in the event, regardless of the reason. Please note that you will not be able to participate if there are any deficiencies, such as losing or forgetting your "Participation Notice" or "Photo ID." In this case, we will not cover your transportation costs, etc. Please be aware of this in advance.

<Notes on identity verification>

・When verifying your identity, we will check your photo against the designated ID specified by the organizer. Verification in a state where your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish is prohibited.

If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.

・Students who have not been issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one of the designated identification cards with photo from among 【1】 to 【6】 above.

- Anyone other than the winner cannot participate for any reason.

-If you are a minor, please be sure to read this together with your guardian and obtain their understanding and consent before participating.

・Please contact each public institution to find out the time and cost required to issue a "designated photo ID" issued by the public institution.

・Please prepare a designated photo ID issued by a public institution well in advance of the day of the event. We cannot accept requests that are not issued in time.

・If we are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or an incomplete identification document, you will be denied participation.

Best Shot会の流れ

① Reception

・受付時間内に会場前受付に必ずご来場いただき、「UNIVERSAL MUSIC STOREのマイページの参加通知画面」（スクリーンショットやプリントアウトしたものは不可）、「顔写真付きの本人確認書類」、WEB版FCマイページより「OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB」デジタル会員証（スクリーンショットは不可）の3点をご提示ください。

*Please have your documents ready so that you can show them to the staff at the reception desk immediately.

※デジタル会員証は、WEB版FCマイページよりご提示お願いいたします。OCTPATH公式アプリからの提示は不可となりますので、イベント当日までにWEBでログインできるかご確認いただき、ご整列中に会員証画面提出のご準備をお願いいたします。

・受付時にBest Shot会参加券をお渡し致します。

・If you bring participation notices for multiple members to the same session, you will be given ``Best Shot Event'' participation tickets for the number of tickets you have won.

・If you have been selected for multiple divisions, registration will be held for each division separately, so please come to the registration time for the division you are interested in. (You cannot register for multiple divisions at the same time.)

-If you fail to arrive within the reception time, you will not be able to participate in the event, regardless of the reason.

② Line up

Once your identity has been verified, you will be asked to line up in the designated member's lane.

After completing the "identification verification", you will not be able to leave the venue until the end of the Best Shot event. Please use the restroom beforehand.

・Please line up with only the mobile phone you will be using for the Best Shot session in your hand. Please leave your belongings in the designated area.

・ご参加の際、防寒用アウターは脱いでいただきます。アウターは荷物とあわせて所定の場所にお預けください。

- Nameplates and other items should be worn around the neck or attached to clothing.

- Regarding nameplates, please remove any that are larger than a CD size.

- Regarding stuffed animals and other merchandise larger than a CD, even if you are wearing them around your neck, you will be asked to remove them when you participate in the autograph session.

③ Shooting

・スタッフより案内がございましたらメンバーブース内に入り、撮影スタッフに撮影に使用するお客様の携帯電話をお渡しください。その際カメラを起動して、タップすれば写真が撮影できる状態でお渡しください。

・Once you enter the photo booth, please stand by in the designated position and your photo will be taken immediately.

・撮影は縦向きのみで行います。

Once the shooting is over, the session ends.

・The mobile phone used to take the photos will be returned after the photos have been checked.

*Please note that you cannot specify the camera direction or angle of view when taking photos.

*Photography using apps etc. is prohibited.

*Please check the photos you have taken and save them yourself.

*We cannot handle any issues caused by accidental deletion when saving, insufficient memory, insufficient battery, etc.

*Please note that staff may operate your mobile phone.

Best Shot会に関する注意事項

・At the Best Shot Event, you can participate in one two-shot photo shoot with a member per participation right.

・The Best Shot event refers to one photo (still image) taken of you and a member using your own mobile phone or smartphone with a camera function.

・At the Best Shot Event, venue staff will borrow your camera-enabled mobile phone or smartphone to take photos.

・As a general rule, photos will not be retaken once they have been taken. However, we will only retake photos if the image taken is clearly not recognizable as a two-shot image. This decision is left to the discretion of the venue staff. If you wish to check, please be sure to inform the staff at the venue. If you make a request after the relevant section has ended, we will not be able to retake the photo under any circumstances.

・Even if you are unable to take photos on the day due to malfunction, loss, storage issues with your mobile phone or smartphone, battery shortage, or any other reason, we will not take replacement photos. The same applies if you do not bring your mobile phone or smartphone with a camera.

・Please take responsibility for saving the images you take. We will not retake any images due to any problems with saving them.

*Please note that you cannot specify the camera direction or angle of view when taking photos.

・The following items are prohibited when taking two-shot photos:

*Photography is not permitted with devices other than mobile phones or smartphones with a camera function.

*Video recording, continuous shooting mode, and Live Photo mode are prohibited.

*After taking the photo, you will be able to check the photos on the spot.

*If video recording is confirmed, the video and two-shot photos of the relevant group will be deleted, and you will be refused all participation even if you have plans to participate in future events. Please note that you will also be refused participation in future events.

*Photography using auxiliary equipment or flash is not permitted.

*Photos will only be two shots. (One shots of only one member are not allowed.)

*Photographing with the members facing away or sitting, changing their standing position, having members hold objects, or removing their jackets are not permitted.

*Both customers and members will be facing forward during the photo shoot. Please refrain from asking members to pose in ways that they dislike or making excessive requests. Other poses may be refused at the discretion of the staff.

*If you are wearing headgear that completely covers your face or a deep hat that blocks your eyes, you may be asked to remove it at the discretion of staff.

*Contacting or attempting to contact members is prohibited.

Other notes

*The "Participation Notice" sent by UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE will not be reissued under any circumstances. If you are unable to display the "Participation Notice" on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate in the event.

*Please note that if you cancel your membership with UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE, your My Page and "Participation Notification" will be deleted and cannot be restored.

*Forgery and resale of "Participation Notice" and "Photo ID" are strictly prohibited. If forgery or resale is discovered, all event participation rights will be invalidated and you will be refused participation in all future OCTPATH events.

*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.

*Event details may be subject to change. Please be aware of this before applying.

*When participating, please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.

*Please note that we will not be accepting gifts or fan letters at the reception or inside the venue.

*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.

*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be held liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring the rights are found, the winning rights will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*Please note that for this event, UNIVERSAL MUSIC LLC, Yoshimoto Kogyo Co., Ltd., and KIOKJAPAN Co., Ltd. will mutually use the information (including personal information) obtained at the time of registration.

*Participation rights to the event are required for elementary school students and above.

*For elementary school students, the family member or relative who purchased the ticket will need to show ID. In addition, on the day of the event, we ask that the family member or relative who purchased the ticket accompany the child as a guardian. Please note that we cannot verify the identity of the child even if a family member or relative who did not purchase the ticket accompanies the child.

*If a parent accompanies a child of elementary school age or older, the parent will be asked to wait outside the venue after the reception desk closes. Since participants will be alone during the event, please refrain from applying if it is difficult for you to participate alone.

*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.

*In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them. Please understand this before participating.

*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before waiting in line for the reception desk.

*The size of luggage you can bring into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not permitted.)

*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to residents at or near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.

*Due to weather, trouble, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or members may be changed or absent. In addition, the event schedule and content may be changed due to circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or refunds will be given. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled or ended midway. Please be aware of this in advance.

*If you do not follow the precautions, you may not be able to participate in the event. The event itself may also be canceled. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer.
