③ A mobile phone or smartphone with a camera function to be used for filming on the day.
*If you forget even one item, you will not be able to participate.

*Only mobile phones or smartphones with camera functions are permitted for photography. Please note that digital cameras, tablets, and other electronic devices are not allowed.

*Please fill in the information accurately when registering as a Rakuten Books member.
*Please be sure to check that your Rakuten Books membership information matches the "photo ID" specified by the organizer that you plan to bring if you win the lottery before making a reservation or purchase.
You may not use a false name, pen name, handle name, or the name of another person.

*If the address you entered during application does not match the address on your identification document, you will be denied entry. Please be sure to check that the address on your identification document matches the address you entered during application before coming to the venue.

・Documents that do not have a photo attached to them and that appear to have been attached by the applicant themselves are not acceptable.
・Certificate of student status is not accepted.
・Documents issued by preparatory schools or vocational schools are not accepted.

*Please note that you will not be able to participate if you bring any other photo IDs such as a special skills license, temporary driver's license, employee ID, or health insurance card. You must bring one of the photo IDs specified in [1] to [6] above.
*Please present your My Number Card after protecting the individual number and other personal information so that they are not visible.
*For your disability certificate, please present the page with your name, address, and photo.
*If you are a foreign national, please be sure to bring your passport so that we can clearly identify you.
*All identification documents that have expired cannot be accepted.

If you do not have any of these items, or if the information does not match that of the person who placed the order, we will refuse your participation in the event, regardless of the reason. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you lose or forget your "Participation Notice" or "Photo ID".
In this case, we will not cover any transportation costs or other related expenses. Please understand this in advance.

<Important notes regarding identity verification>
・When verifying your identity, we will check your photo against the designated ID card specified by the organizer. Verification in a state where your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish is prohibited.
If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.
・Students who are not issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by their school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one of the designated identification cards with a photo from among [1] to [6] above.
- No one other than the winner may participate for any reason.
- Minors must read this together with their guardians and obtain their understanding and consent before participating.
・Please contact the relevant public institution to inquire about the time and cost required to issue a designated photo ID.
・Please prepare a designated photo ID issued by a public institution well in advance of the day of the event. We will not be able to accommodate you if the ID is not issued in time.
・If we are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or having incomplete identification, you will be denied participation.
Please note that if any fraudulent activity, such as forging designated identification documents or altering photos, is discovered, you will be prohibited from participating in any future events.

・We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing resale or transfer.

Please ensure that name tags or similar items are worn around the neck or attached to clothing.
- Nameplates larger than CD size must be removed.
- Regarding stuffed animals and other merchandise, anything larger than a CD will need to be removed before entering the booth, even if it's hanging around your neck.
Please enter the booth when instructed by a staff member and hand your mobile phone to the photography staff. Please ensure the camera is activated when you hand it over.

Once you enter the photo booth, please stand by in the designated position we have set up, and we will take your picture immediately.
- The session will end once filming is complete.
- Your mobile phone will be returned to you after you have checked the photos.
*Please note that you cannot specify the camera direction or angle of view when taking photos.
*Taking photos using apps or similar software is prohibited.
*Please check the photos that have already been taken and save them yourself.
*We cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by accidental deletion during saving, insufficient memory, insufficient battery, etc.
*Please note that our staff may need to operate your mobile phone.
- For the 9-shot photo session, venue staff will borrow your mobile phone or smartphone with a camera function to take the photos.
As a general rule, we will not retake photos once they have been taken. However, we will retake photos only if the taken image is clearly not recognizable as a 9-shot photo. This decision will be left to the discretion of the venue staff. We cannot retake photos if requested after the event has ended, so please be sure to check your photos on the spot.
- If, on the day of the shoot, you are unable to take photos due to any reason on your end, such as a malfunction, loss, insufficient storage capacity, battery depletion, or any other issue with your mobile phone or smartphone with a camera function, we will not provide alternative photo shoots. The same applies if you do not bring a mobile phone or smartphone with a camera function.
Please save your photos at your own risk. We will not retake photos due to any problems during saving.
The following actions are prohibited when participating in the 9-shot photo session:
*Photography is not permitted using devices other than mobile phones or smartphones with camera functions.
*Video recording, burst mode, and Live Photos mode are prohibited.
*After the photo shoot, we will check the photos on the spot.
*If video recording is detected, the video and the nine photos in question will be deleted, and you will be prohibited from participating in any future OCTPATH events, even if you have plans to attend them.
*Photography using auxiliary equipment or flash is not permitted.
*Only 9 photos will be allowed. (It is not possible to take photos of only the members or to specify which members you would like to photograph.)
*Please note that we cannot take photos with the members facing away from the camera or sitting down, change their standing positions, have them hold objects, or have them remove their jackets.
*Photography will be conducted with both the customer and the member facing forward. Please refrain from requesting poses that the member is uncomfortable with. Other poses may also be deemed unacceptable at the discretion of the staff.
*Please note that if you are wearing a head covering, hat, etc., during the photo shoot, you may be asked to remove it at the discretion of the staff.
* Contacting or attempting to contact the members is prohibited.
*Due to weather, trouble, or artist circumstances, the event may be canceled, or members may be changed or absent. The event schedule and content may also be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or refunds will be given for any products. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled or ended midway. Please be aware of this in advance.
*In some cases, our staff may contact you before or after the event.
*We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of your application, including whether you were selected or not.
*Transfer of winning rights is prohibited under any circumstances.
