Mini live show & special event (farewell party + individual mini talk session)

*The mini live will be free to watch, but a priority area will be set up in front of the stage.

*The event is scheduled to be held even if it rains, but as it is an outdoor venue, the event content may change depending on the weather, etc.

*The venue is outdoors. To prevent danger in the event of rain, the use of umbrellas will be prohibited during the event. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat. If the mini live is canceled due to weather, only the special event will be held.

■How to participate in the event

*CD sales will begin at 10:05 on the day of the event at the special CD sales booth on the 3rd floor Sky Court.

*If you wish to reserve a CD or visit the Sky Court on the 3rd floor before opening time (10:00), please come to the north entrance on the 2nd floor of Q's Mall (Starbucks side).

*If a waiting line forms, the above entrances may open earlier.

*We strictly prohibit any activities such as staying up all night around the venue from the day before. If such activities are discovered, strict measures will be taken, including expulsion from the venue.

*Those who pre-order the designated products will receive a "Special Event Participation Ticket" of their choice according to the number of tickets purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, each person can participate in the Priority Area Lottery once per transaction.

*Until the CD reservation line ends, there will be a purchase limit of 6 CDs per person per transaction. Please note that the limit may change depending on the number of visitors on the day.

*Cutting in line to purchase a CD is prohibited (this includes people who arrive late or who have already purchased something joining the line of their companions who are already waiting, or having a friend line up in their place). If you wish to line up again, please make sure to line up at the end of the CD purchase line.

*Payment can be made by cash, credit card (lump sum payment only), or various QR code payment methods.

*Please note that point cards, vouchers, electronic money, coupons, etc. cannot be used. Receipts and various points are also not eligible.

<About the Priority Area Lottery>

From 10:05 on the day of the event until the distribution of "mini live priority area tickets with serial numbers" for each section ends

*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day.

*The lottery will be held using a lottery box.

*Those who pre-order the target products will be able to participate in the priority area lottery, which will be held from 10:05 on the day of the event.

*You can only participate in the priority area lottery once per person per transaction. Please select the section you would like to participate in when participating in the lottery.

*The priority area lottery will end once the set number of entries has been reached, but in order to reduce congestion from early in the morning, the set number of entries will be set with a generous margin.

*Those who win the priority area lottery will be given a "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number."

*The serial numbers for the "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly. They are not on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Please note that we cannot accept entries for companions who are not present at the time of the lottery.

*When lining up, reserving a spot with luggage or lining up alone as a representative is strictly prohibited.

*You can choose the section you wish to participate in, but please note that distribution will end as soon as the limit for each section is reached.

*The Sky Court is an open space. Customers without numbered tickets can also watch standing-room only.

<Special event details>

・Pre-order one CD: Farewell party for all members

・3 CDs reservation: Individual mini talk session with one member of your choice

*You will be given the number of tickets to your desired special event for the number of tickets reserved.

(Example) If you preorder one first edition and three regular editions

→ You will be given 4 "Farewell Party Participation Tickets" OR 1 "Individual Mini Talk Participation Ticket" + 1 "Farewell Party Participation Ticket".

*You can choose the section you wish to participate in, but please note that distribution will end as soon as the limit for each section is reached.

*You can choose the members you wish to participate in the individual mini talk sessions, but distribution will end as soon as the maximum number of participants for each member is reached.

*If you have multiple "farewell party tickets", please line up again at the end of the line after participating. Multiple tickets cannot be issued at the same time.

*Those who do not have a "farewell party participation ticket" or "individual mini talk session participation ticket" will not be able to participate in each special event.

*The special event will be held under the stage. After the mini live performance, an announcement will be made asking those in the priority area to move, so please follow the staff's instructions.

■Notes regarding CD reservations

*CDs reserved at the event venue will not be eligible for CD shop benefits.

*Once the mini live performance for each part has begun, if there are any remaining tickets for the special event for that part, we will only hand out the tickets for the special event.

*Distribution of priority area lottery participation tickets, mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers, and special event participation tickets will end as soon as capacity is reached.

*Please note that participation tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including if you forget, lose, have it stolen, or are damaged.

*All participation tickets are valid only on the day of the event.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after a reservation has been made. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after receiving the product, it will be exchanged for a non-defective product.

*After distribution of the mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers has ended, only special event participation tickets will be handed out.

*The event time is limited. If you arrive after the event has ended, you will not be able to participate in the event even if you have a special event participation ticket.

*We strictly prohibit staying up all night or waiting from early morning around the venue. If you are deemed to be staying up all night, you will be denied participation in the event.

*CD reservations with "Priority Area Lottery Participation Ticket" and "Special Event Participation Ticket" will only be accepted at the special sales booth at the venue on the day of the event. TOWER RECORDS mini Morinomiya Q's Mall store will not accept advance reservations, or reservations via phone or internet.

<About reservations>

*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

*You will need a mobile phone number and email address to register for a reservation. Emails will be sent from the "towerrecords.co.jp" domain, so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive emails.

*The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows:

① Scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

②Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.

③ When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.

④ Choose to receive your product either at TOWER RECORDS mini Morinomiya Q's Mall store or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).

⑤Select the item you wish to reserve, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register the reservation details.

⑥Once your reservation registration is complete, you will be shown a QR code for payment. Please present this QR code at the cash register at the venue.

⑦ After confirming your reservation details and completing payment, we will give you the bonus according to the product.

⑧After completing the payment, you will receive an email titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item" to your registered email address.

*The "[※Do not discard] Payment Complete/Pickup Instructions" email will be required when picking up your item at the store or inquiring about the delivery status, so please keep it in a safe place until you receive your item.

*If you have not received the "[※Do not discard] Payment Complete/Receive Instructions" notification, please be sure to ask a member of staff.

*If you do not have a smartphone/cell phone, please speak to a staff member at the event venue on the day.

<About receiving>

*You can choose how to receive your product from the following options.

Store pickup: TOWER RECORDS mini Morinomiya Q's Mall store (store cannot be specified)

Home delivery: Delivery fee: 900 yen (We do not ship to hotels or overseas addresses.)

*You cannot change the receiving method after payment has been completed.

*Items can be picked up at the store from the evening of Tuesday, December 16th.

When receiving your order, please open the order information URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

*If you wish to have your item delivered, please read the "Payment Complete/Information on How to Pick Up" email.

We will deliver your order in order from the estimated shipping date stated in your order information.

*The product reservation period will be 4 weeks from the release date, until Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

*Please check the Tower Records Online store page for opening hours during the New Year holidays.

*If you are unable to receive the item by the specified date due to reasons such as an extended absence, an unknown address, or being unable to contact the recipient,

Please note that we will not be able to hand over the product to you, and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the purchase price.

■ Precautions when participating in the event

*Please refrain from stepping over or crawling under the partitions that separate the event space as this is dangerous.

*Viewing from the aisles is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Please note that you will be guided to the venue in the order of your serial number when entering. However, if you are late for the meeting time stated on your winning ticket, your serial number will be invalid.

*The transfer or resale of special event participation tickets and mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers to third parties, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, we may refuse participation in the event. Please note.

*Please refrain from viewing the event while standing on venue equipment such as ladders, platforms, or benches.

*Please note that while you are free to watch the mini live performance, it may be difficult to see the stage.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, various restrictions may be imposed at the event.

*The use of baggage, sheets, etc. to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Any left behind baggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not bear any responsibility for any removed or left behind items.

*There are areas within the venue where viewing is prohibited, such as on steps. If there are people viewing from these areas, staff will ask you to move to another viewing location. In that case, please cooperate with staff's guidance.

*Please note that if complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.

*Please take your trash home with you.

*Name tags or name plates must be no larger than business card size and must be attached to clothing using a pin badge or similar.

*If customers aged elementary school or older wish to participate in the mini live concert or special event, they will need a participation ticket.

*If you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. If you feel unwell during the event or notice someone else feeling unwell, please inform a nearby member of staff.

*All photographing, recording or filming of artists or events using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

*If discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue after your data has been erased and your equipment has been confiscated. You will also be denied entry to future events, even if you have tickets to participate in another event.

*Large items (including carry bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) are not permitted to be brought into the event venue. Items cannot be stored at the venue, so please use a coin locker or similar facility in advance. The size of luggage that can be brought into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.

*We are unable to accept gifts or fan letters. Thank you for your understanding.

*You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. This also applies in the event that the event is canceled.

*During the special event, please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to touch members, or any other contact including high-fiving.

*If you wear a smartwatch, please remove it when participating in the special event.

*During the mini live and special event, please turn off any electronic devices such as cell phones and smartwatches and make sure they are hidden in your bag. If you can close your bag, please make sure to keep it closed when participating.

*The special event participation ticket is only valid for the person who won the lottery. Resale or transfer is prohibited.

*If you are accompanied by a child and have been selected to attend the mini live concert or wish to participate in the special event, you may only bring one child under elementary school age.

*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring with you, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please make sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.

*CD reservations and the priority area lottery/mini live/special event may be subject to cancellation or change due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions or weather.

*If you have multiple special event participation tickets, you will need to participate in the event in a loop.

*Those who do not have a special event participation ticket will not be able to participate in the special event.

■Other precautions

*We will not accommodate late arrivals due to delays in public transport such as flights or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time.

*Once you have checked in and entered the venue, you will be on standby and will not be able to leave the venue. Once you leave the venue, you will not be able to return and will not be able to participate, so please use the restroom beforehand.

*Cutting in line, such as by inviting companions to join you, is prohibited at reception and when entering the venue.

*After checking in and entering the venue, please make sure to put away your mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. in the back of your bag. If we see a mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. on top of your bag, on the side, in your pocket, or in your breast pocket, a staff member will call out to you to check the condition of the device, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.

*Sit-ins and gatherings around the venue are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Staying up all night around the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Our store and the organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, or any accidents or troubles that arise as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave the venue. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*In order to ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem you unsuitable to participate in the event, we may refuse your participation. We may also ask you to verify your identity at that time. If you are unable to cooperate with the identity verification, we may refuse your participation. Thank you for your understanding.

*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. In that case, there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage. We ask for your understanding in advance.

*The tour start time may vary depending on the operating conditions on the day. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to participate.

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event. If you have any questions, please contact the following:

*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Please be mindful not to cause inconvenience to other customers or businesses by waiting outside the venue.

*Occupying seats not used by the restaurant in the Abeno Q's Mall food court is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

*For safety and operational reasons, you may be asked to move to another location even if you are in the viewing area. In such cases, please follow the instructions of staff.

*Please cooperate in ensuring clear pathways for passage.

*Please observe the "Prohibited Items" below when participating. If a participant violates the "Prohibited Items" below, or if the organizers otherwise deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning entry will be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. Please note that even in this case, we will not be able to provide refunds for product prices or compensation for transportation or travel expenses.

*If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.

■Prohibitions

・Transferring, reselling, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting winning rights

*Forgery, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.

・Visiting with pets

・Waiting for performers to arrive and leave

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.

・Slander, slander, intimidation, abuse, etc. towards members

・Drinking alcohol or entering or participating in events while under the influence of alcohol

・Recording, filming, and taking photographs at the event venue

- Bringing audio/video recording or photography equipment into the venue
