Mini live concert & special event (farewell party + individual mini talk session)
*The mini live will be free to watch, but a priority area will be set up in front of the stage.
*This will be a live performance of previously released songs.
*The event is scheduled to be held even if it rains, but as it is an outdoor venue, the event content may change depending on the weather.
*The venue is outdoors. To prevent danger in the event of rain, the use of umbrellas will be prohibited during the event. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.

■Information on how to participate in the event
On the day of the event, October 25th (Sun), 2025, from 10:00 AM, at the special sales booth near the outdoor event plaza at Ario Hashimoto, customers who pre-order the designated products will receive a "Special Event Participation Ticket" of their choice according to the number of tickets purchased, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, each person can participate in the Priority Area Lottery once per transaction.

*Until the CD reservation line ends, there will be a purchase limit of 6 CDs per person per transaction. Please note that the limit may change depending on the number of attendees on the day.
*Payment can be made by cash, credit card (lump sum payment only), or various QR code payment methods.
*Please note that point cards, vouchers, electronic money, coupons, etc. cannot be used. Receipts and various points are also not eligible.

<About the Priority Area Lottery>
From 10:00 on the day of the event until the distribution of "mini live priority area tickets with serial numbers" for each section ends
*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day.
*The lottery will be held using a lottery box.

Those who pre-order the designated products will be able to participate in a priority area lottery, which will be held from 10:00 on the day of the event.
You can participate in the Priority Area Lottery once per person per transaction. Please select the section you would like to participate in when participating in the lottery.
The priority area lottery will end once the set number of entries has been reached, but in order to reduce congestion from early in the morning, the set number of entries will be set with a generous margin.
Those who win the priority area lottery will be given a "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number."
The serial numbers for the "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly and not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that we cannot accept entries for companions who are not present at the time of the lottery.
*When lining up, reserving a spot with luggage or lining up alone as a representative is strictly prohibited.
*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day.
*You can choose the section you wish to participate in, but please note that distribution will end once the limit for each section has been reached.

<Special event details>
・Pre-order one CD: Farewell party for all members
・3 CDs reservation: Individual mini talk session with one member of your choice

*You will be given the number of tickets to your desired special event for the number of tickets reserved.
(Example) If you preorder one first edition and three regular editions
→ You will be given 4 "farewell party participation tickets" or 1 "individual mini talk session participation ticket" + 1 "farewell party participation ticket".
*You can choose the section you wish to participate in, but please note that distribution will end once the limit for each section has been reached.
*You can choose the members you wish to participate in the individual mini talk sessions, but distribution will end once the maximum number of participants for each member is reached.
*If you have multiple "farewell party participation tickets," please line up at the end of the line again after attending. Multiple tickets cannot be issued at the same time.
*Those who do not have a "farewell party participation ticket" or "individual mini talk session participation ticket" will not be able to participate in each special event.

■Notes regarding CD reservations
*CDs reserved at the event venue will not be eligible for CD shop benefits.
*Once the mini live performance for each section has begun, if there are any remaining tickets for the special event for that section, only the tickets for the special event will be given out.
*Distribution of priority area lottery tickets, numbered mini live priority area viewing tickets, and special event participation tickets will end once capacity is reached.
*Please note that participation tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including if you forget, lose, steal, or damage them.
*All participation tickets are valid only on the day of the event.
*Please note that cancellations and refunds are not accepted after a reservation has been made. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after receiving the product, it will be exchanged for a non-defective product.
*After distribution of the mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers has ended, only special event participation tickets will be distributed.
*The event time is limited. If you arrive after the event has ended, you will not be able to participate in the event even if you have a special event participation ticket.
*We strictly prohibit staying up all night or waiting from early morning around the venue from the day before. If you are deemed to be staying up all night, you will be denied participation in the event.
*CD reservations with "Priority Area Lottery Participation Ticket" and "Special Event Participation Ticket" will only be accepted at the special sales booth at the venue on the day of the event. Tower Records Ario Hashimoto store will not accept advance reservations, or reservations via phone or internet.

■How to make a reservation with a deposit on the day
*Reservation registration and reception is only valid at the event venue on the day.
*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
*Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register your reservation.
*Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure you can receive them.
*When registering for a reservation, please scan the QR code posted at the event venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
*Please select the product you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.
*You can choose to pick up your pre-ordered items at Tower Records Ario Hashimoto store or have them delivered (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
*Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the QR code for payment at the cash register at the venue.
*After confirming your reservation details, we will hand over the bonus items according to the product. Changes, cancellations, or refusals to receive the items cannot be made after payment has been confirmed.
*After paying for your pre-ordered item, you will receive an email stating "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item," and your pre-order will be complete at this point. Please keep this email safe as it will be required when you collect your item in-store or when you inquire about shipping. If you do not receive the email stating "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item," please be sure to ask a member of staff.
*Payment methods are cash, credit card (lump sum payment only), and various QR code payments. Coupons, electronic money, and point cards cannot be used. (Credit cards and various QR code payments may not be available depending on the venue.)
*If you do not have a smartphone/cell phone, please speak to a staff member at the event venue on the day.

■ Receiving your product
You can choose how to receive your product from the following options:
Store pickup: Pick up at Tower Records Ario Hashimoto store (Store cannot be specified)
Home delivery: A delivery fee of 900 yen (tax included) will be charged. (We do not deliver to hotels or overseas addresses.)
*Products can be picked up at the store from the evening before the release date.
*If you choose delivery, deliveries will be made sequentially from Friday, December 19, 2025.
*You cannot change the receiving method after payment has been completed. Also, we cannot combine deliveries.
*Delivery is only available within Japan. Delivery to overseas destinations is not possible.
・When you pick up your item at the store, please open the order information URL in the "Payment Complete/Pickup Instructions" email and present the barcode for picking up your item. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
- We cannot accept any changes/cancellations/returns/refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer convenience.
- The product reservation period will be four weeks from the release date until Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
・Once the reservation period has expired, the item cannot be returned to you. In that case, please note that we will not refund the purchase price.
*Depending on the event management situation, CD pre-orders may be closed midway.
*Cutting in line to reserve a CD is prohibited (this includes people who arrive late or who have already made a reservation joining the queue of their companions who are already waiting, or having a friend line up in their place). If you wish to line up again, please make sure to line up at the end of the CD reservation line.

■ Precautions when participating in the event
*Please refrain from stepping over or crawling under the partitions that separate the event space as this is dangerous.
*Viewing from the aisles is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.
*Please note that you will be guided into the venue in the order of your serial number, but if you are late for the meeting time stated on your winning ticket, your serial number will be invalid.
*The transfer or resale of special event participation tickets and mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers to third parties, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, you may be refused participation in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please refrain from viewing the event while standing on venue equipment such as ladders, platforms, or benches.
*Please note that although you are free to watch the mini live performance, it may be difficult to see the stage.
*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, various restrictions may be imposed at the event.
*It is strictly prohibited to reserve a spot inside or outside the venue using luggage, sheets, etc. Abandoned luggage, sheets, etc. may be removed by staff or security. The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or left behind items.
*Please note that if complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.
*Please take your trash home with you.
*Name tags and name plates must be no larger than the size of a business card and must be attached to clothing using a pin badge or similar.
*If you are elementary school age or older and wish to participate in the mini live or special event, you will need a participation ticket.
*If you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. Also, if you feel unwell during the event or if you notice any other customers feeling unwell, please inform a nearby staff member.
*All photography, recording, and filming of artists and events using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
*If this is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue after your data has been erased and your equipment has been confiscated. You will also be denied entry to future events, even if you have tickets to participate in another event.
*Large luggage (including carry-on bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) is prohibited from being brought into the event venue. We cannot store items at the venue, so please use a coin locker or similar facility in advance. The size of luggage that can be brought into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried over one shoulder.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.
*Please note that we are unable to accept gifts or fan letters.
*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. The same applies in the event that the event is canceled.
*During the special event, please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to make contact with members, or any other contact including high-fiving.
*If you are wearing a smartwatch, please remove it when participating in the special event.
*During the mini live and special event, please turn off any electronic devices such as cell phones and smartwatches and make sure they are stored in your bag so they are not visible. If you can close your bag, please make sure to keep it closed when participating.
*The special event participation ticket is only valid for the winner. Resale or transfer is prohibited.
*If you are a customer with children and have been selected to attend the mini live concert or wish to participate in the special event, you may only bring one child under elementary school age.
*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please be sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.
*CD reservations and the priority area lottery/mini live/special event may be subject to cancellation or change due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions or weather.
*If you have multiple special event participation tickets, you will need to participate in the event in a loop.
*Those who do not have a special event participation ticket will not be able to participate in the special event.

■Other notes
*We will not accommodate late arrivals due to delays in public transportation such as flights or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare.
*Once you have checked in and entered the venue, you will be required to wait to participate and will not be able to leave the venue. Once you leave the venue, you will not be able to return and will not be able to participate, so please make sure to use the restroom etc. beforehand.
*It is prohibited to cut in line, such as by inviting your companions to join you, at the time of reception or entry.
*After checking in and entering the venue, please be sure to put away your mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. in the back of your bag. If we see a mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. on top of your bag, on the side, in your pocket, or in your breast pocket, a member of staff will ask you to check and confirm the condition of the device, so please be aware of this in advance.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.
*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
*Sit-ins and gatherings around the venue are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.
*Staying up all night around the venue is strictly prohibited.
*Our store and the organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, or any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.
* Anyone who engages in any behavior that interferes with the operation of the event will be asked to leave the venue. In the worst case scenario, the event itself may be canceled. * To ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem that a particular customer is unsuitable to participate in the event, they may be refused participation. We may also ask you to verify your identity at that time. If you are unable to cooperate with identity verification, you may be refused participation. We ask for your understanding.
*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. In such cases, there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage. We ask for your understanding.
*The start time of the tour may vary depending on the operational situation on the day. Please make sure to arrive early.
*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff regarding all other matters related to the operation of the event.
*Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the customer's responsibility. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.
*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event. If you have any questions, please contact the following details.
*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Please note that there will be many customers who are not participating in the event.

*Please observe the "Prohibited Items" below when participating. If a participant violates the "Prohibited Items" below, or if the organizers otherwise deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning entry will be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. Please note that even in this case, we will not be able to provide refunds for product prices or compensation for transportation or travel expenses.
*If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.

■Prohibitions
・Transferring or reselling winning rights, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting
*Falsification, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.
・Visiting with pets
・Waiting for performers to enter and leave the venue
・Staying overnight near the venue, sit-ins, rallies, etc.
・Defamation, libel, intimidation, abusive language, etc. directed at members
・Entering or participating in events while drinking or under the influence of alcohol
・Recording, filming, and taking photos at the event venue
・Bringing audio, video, or photography equipment into the venue
