[Ticket Notes]

・All seats for KCON 2022 Premiere will be selected by lottery.

・Only one person can enter per ticket. One ticket cannot be used by multiple people.

・Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded once purchased.

・As a measure to prevent the spread of infection, the information you enter when purchasing will be registered as visitor information. Please make sure to purchase under the name of the person who will be attending on the day.

・We plan to check the information on the ticket and the visitor information on the day. Identification will be required on the day, so please check the details that will be announced on the official website at a later date.

・The visitor information you enter when purchasing will be valid for the day of the event. Please note that visitor information cannot be changed.

・If the information on the ticket does not match the visitor's information, we will confirm the purchase details on the spot. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse entry.

・If it is discovered that a ticket has been transferred or resold, the ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave. If you applied through a fan club, the organizers will report the information of the person in question to the fan club.

・Performing artists may be subject to cancellation or change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

・Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

・Re-entry is not permitted.

[Prevention of COVID-19 infection]

・This performance will be held with preventive measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

・Tickets will be sold in accordance with the venue's guidelines.

・When entering the venue, please tear off your ticket stub yourself under the instructions of staff near the entrance. Please hand the ticket stub over to a staff member and you will be allowed to enter the venue.

・The organizers will be responsible for managing the personal information you provided when applying for tickets. Please note that depending on the situation, we may provide it to public institutions such as health centers or the venue. Personal information will be stored for approximately one month and then destroyed in an appropriate manner.

・Please be sure to take your own temperature before coming to the venue on the day. Please note that you will not be able to enter if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.

・Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection upon entry.

・At the entrance, a non-contact thermometer will be used to check the temperature. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be denied entry. (In this case, the ticket price will not be refunded.)

・Please be sure to wear a mask when entering the venue. Anyone not wearing one will be denied entry. (Tickets will not be refunded in this case.)

・Please download the COVID-19 contact tracing app (COCOA) to your smartphone in advance. If possible, please do so at least 14 days before the performance. When using the app, please make sure to check in advance that it is updated to the latest version.

- Please refrain from talking or speaking loudly from waiting to enter the venue until you leave.

・If you wish to use a disabled space, please make sure to apply to DISK GARAGE at least 3 days before the performance. If you come to the venue without applying in advance, it may be difficult to secure a disabled space due to COVID-19 countermeasures, and we may not be able to guide you into the venue.

- We are unable to accept gifts for artists, flower arrangements (celebratory flowers), or flowers for dressing rooms.

- Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue, as this causes inconvenience not only to the performers but also to the venue, surrounding facilities, and residents.

- Re-entry and bringing in food and drinks are prohibited.

・Photography, recording, filming, and streaming are prohibited inside the venue. If prohibited actions are discovered, your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave.

- If you do not comply with any rules or etiquette requested by the organizers, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.

・Please note that tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

・We will ask for your cooperation as we take measures to prevent infection and carry out the performance.
