●How to participate

During the sales period, you can participate in the event by purchasing event-eligible products on the dedicated page.


●Sales period

July 2nd, 2025 (Wednesday) 19:00 ~ Until the planned number of tickets is sold out

*The additional 3-book ticket sales will begin on Friday, July 18th, 2025 at 6:00 PM until all tickets sold out.

*Applications for participation tickets will only be accepted via Cloud Pass.

*Event tickets are limited in number. If the planned number of tickets is reached, sales will close even if the sales period is still in progress.

*Please note that cancellations will not be accepted after your application has been completed.


How to apply

*Event participation tickets (electronic tickets) are only compatible with smartphones.

*Cloud Pass user registration is required to apply.

To prevent transfer or resale, please make sure to apply using a Cloud Pass ID in your own name.

On the day of the event, please bring a photo ID (driver's license, My Number card, etc.).

●Notes

■About accepting applications via Cloud Pass

- When paying with Cloud Pass, you can choose to pay by credit card or PayPay balance.

・Please note that purchases made at physical stores are not eligible for the event.

- Resale, transfer or assignment of participation tickets (electronic tickets) is strictly prohibited.

・If any reselling, transferring or transferring is discovered, you may be denied participation.

If we decline your participation for the reasons stated above, we will not be able to offer refunds or cancellations.


■About participation tickets

・Each participation ticket is valid for one person only. However, one participation ticket may be used to accompany up to one preschool child.

If you wish to bring two preschool children in addition to one ticket holder, you will need two tickets.

 

■ Regarding participation in the event

・If you are not feeling well on the day, we ask that you refrain from participating.

・The meeting time will vary depending on the serial number printed on your ticket. We will inform you of the meeting time by email and on our blog during the day on Saturday, July 26th.

・The meeting place is on the sales floor. Waiting more than 10 minutes before the event is strictly prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to customers on the floor. Staff may ask you to move outside the building at their discretion.

・When the meeting time arrives, you will be called in the order of the serial numbers on your event participation ticket (electronic ticket).

If you are late, you will be asked to queue at the end of the line.

・Bringing dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.

・We are unable to accept gifts or letters. Thank you for your understanding.

・You may need to use stairs to access the event venue.

・No baggage, including smartphones or smartwatches, can be brought onto the stage. Baggage will be stored in the baggage storage area within the venue. Please also take care of your baggage while you are waiting. We cannot store your baggage at the venue at all times.

・You can bring in cheering goods. However, please bring them yourself.

・There may be camera crew present at the event. Please be aware that you may appear in the footage.

- The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

・In order to ensure the safe running of the event, the organizers may refuse participation to certain customers if they are deemed unsuitable to participate in the event.

・Please note that there are no restrooms in the building.


■ About the event progress

・Please come to the meeting place at the appointed time.

If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event even if you have a participation ticket.

・Due to schedule reasons, you may be asked to wait at the venue beyond the designated meeting time.

・On the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff. If any confusion occurs at the venue, the event may be canceled.


■Other

・You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. This condition will not change even if the event is canceled.

・Staying overnight, sitting in or holding gatherings in the vicinity of the venue late at night or early in the morning will cause inconvenience to neighboring stores and block traffic, so are strictly prohibited.

・If you have already purchased a participation ticket but are unable to attend the event on the day, your item will be kept at the cash register on the 4th floor of TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI for two weeks from the event date (until the close of business on August 11, 2025). Please present your participation ticket at the cash register when you visit the store.

・The item will be cancelled when the reservation period ends, but please note that we cannot provide refunds in this case.

・Each bonus is a special bonus available only at the venue. Therefore, it cannot be given to customers who do not attend the event. Thank you for your understanding.
