OCTPATH will hold a special live concert at Hirakata Park on Sunday, May 11, 2025! In addition, a farewell party will be held at the venue on the day for those who pre-order the 7th single "Mata Natsu ni Kaerou" to be released on May 28.

◆How to participate in the event

On the day of the event, after the special live performance, customers who pre-order the designated products with full payment will be given "farewell party participation tickets" on a first-come, first-served basis at the CD sales booth in the venue, for the number of tickets they have reserved.

*CD reservations on the day are limited to 5 per transaction.

*The farewell party will be held at the venue.


◆Notes regarding CD reservations

*Please note that farewell party participation tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including loss or theft.

*The farewell party participation ticket is only valid on the day of the event.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after a reservation has been made. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after receipt, we will exchange it for a good product.

*There is a time limit for the farewell party. If you arrive after the farewell party has ended, you will not be able to participate even if you have a farewell party participation ticket.

*Please note that reservations for CDs that come with a "farewell party participation ticket" are not eligible for any store benefits.


◆About receiving and shipping products

●About CD reservations

Pre-ordered items can be picked up at HMV&BOOKS SHINSAIBASHI or delivered.

Once purchased, items cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.


●About product delivery

・An additional shipping fee of 900 yen will be charged for each transaction.

・If you would like delivery, we will provide you with a shipping address card (card for shipping costs) and a pre-order product registration card (card for product) depending on the number of cards.

・Details on how to register will be provided at the venue.

・Products will be shipped after the release date, Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Please note that depending on the shipping situation, it may take 1 to 2 weeks from the release date for the product to arrive.

・Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations, refunds, or changes to the specifications of reserved products after the reservation has been made.


●About receiving products in store

・Product collection is scheduled to begin from the evening of Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Please note that collection may be delayed due to delivery schedules.

- The product reservation period will be for two weeks from the release date, until closing time on Wednesday, June 10, 2025.

・When picking up your product, please be sure to bring your "Product Reservation Exchange Ticket".

・If you do not have a "product reservation exchange ticket", we will not be able to hand over the product.


◆Notes

*Only those coming by car can enter the park from the East Gate. Customers coming by train or on foot cannot enter the park from Parking Lot 1 or the East Gate. Customers coming by train must enter the park from the Main Gate.

*The event will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of bad weather, the event content may be changed or canceled. The event content may be changed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

*The outdoor stage will be held outdoors without a roof. Please prepare your own hydration and protection from the heat and cold according to the weather. If you feel unwell, please inform a nearby staff member.

*Please note that the use of parasols on sunny days and umbrellas on rainy days is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.

*You cannot reserve a spot by using only luggage or a picnic sheet. If found, staff may collect it.

* Strollers are not allowed in the auditorium. Please park your stroller in the upper auditorium or at the stroller parking area next to the stage (please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost strollers).

*Photography, videography, and recording are prohibited during the event.

*During the farewell party, please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to touch members, or any other contact including high-fiving.

*During the farewell party, please turn off your cell phone and make sure to put it in your bag so that it is not visible. If you have a bag that you can close, please make sure to keep it closed when attending. Please also remove all smart watches, etc.

* Farewell party tickets are only valid for the person who made the reservation. Resale or transfer is prohibited.

*If guests with children wish to participate in the farewell party, only one child under elementary school age may accompany them.

*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring with you, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please make sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.

*Please note that the CD sales and farewell party may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather or artist circumstances.

*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.

*Due to poor health or schedule conflicts, members may be forced to miss the farewell party or may withdraw midway through. In that case, the content of the event may be changed. In that case, no refunds or refunds will be given for any products. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled or ended midway. Please be aware of this in advance.

*Staff will provide instructions on how to line up to participate in the farewell party on the day.

*The tour start time may vary depending on the operating conditions on the day. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to participate.

*In order to ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem a person unsuitable to participate in the event, they may refuse participation to certain customers. In addition, we may ask you to verify your identity at that time. Please note this in advance.

*When participating, please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*The size of luggage you can bring to the farewell party is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not allowed.)

*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to residents at or near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.

*If you do not follow the precautions, you may not be able to participate in the farewell party. The farewell party itself may also be canceled. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

*Please note that the organizers will not take any responsibility for any loss or accidents caused by customers' belongings.

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff regarding all other matters related to the operation of the event on the day.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

- Transferring or reselling participation rights, scalping, copying or counterfeiting

*Forgery, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.

・Slander, slander, intimidation, abuse, etc. towards members

・Drinking alcohol or entering or participating in events while under the influence of alcohol

・Recording, filming, and taking photographs at the event venue

- Bringing audio/video recording or photography equipment into the venue
