The release event to be held on Wednesday, December 25th, 2024 has been decided to be held at the Festival Plaza on the 2nd floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza!

December 25th is Christmas and the release date of our second album "Present"! Please come along!

■Contents

Mini live show & special event (farewell party + individual mini talk session)

*The mini live will be free to watch, but a priority area will be set up in front of the stage.

*This will be a live performance of previously released songs.

*The event is scheduled to be held even if it rains, but as it is an outdoor venue, the event content may change depending on the weather, etc.

*The venue is outdoors. To prevent danger in the event of rain, the use of umbrellas is prohibited during the event. Please wear rain gear such as a raincoat or raincoat.

■How to participate in the event

<About purchasing CDs on the day of the event>

Regarding CD sales, from 12:00 on the day of the event, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at the venue sales booth, we will distribute a "Priority Area Lottery Participation Ticket" and the "Special Event Participation Ticket" of your choice on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who purchase the target product.


*CDs purchased on the day are limited to 5 per transaction.

*Cash and credit cards (VISA/MASTER/AMERICAN EXPRESS one-time payments only) will be accepted at the special register on the day.

*Other services such as point services, parking ticket services, and receipt issuance are not included.

*We cannot accept any refunds, product changes or returns after the purchase is complete. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective product after checking.

*Please note that CD sales may end during the event.


<About the Priority Area Lottery>

On the day of the event, from 12:00 to 30 minutes before the meeting time

*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day.


Those who have a priority area lottery participation ticket can participate in the priority area lottery, which will be held from 12:00 on the day of the event.

Those who are selected in the priority area lottery will be given a "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number."

You can choose the section you wish to attend for your "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number," but please note that only one ticket will be given to each person.

*The serial numbers for the "mini live priority area viewing ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly. They are not on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Each person may only enter the Priority Area Lottery up to 5 times per queue. If you have 6 or more [Priority Area Lottery Tickets], please queue at the end of the queue again.

*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day.

*You can choose the section you wish to participate in, but please note that distribution will end as soon as the limit for each section is reached.


<Special event details>

・Purchase one CD: Farewell party for all members

・Purchase 3 CDs: Mini talk session with one member of your choice


*You will be given the number of tickets to your desired special event for each ticket purchased.

(Example) If you purchase 3 first edition flash price discs and 1 first edition

→ You will be given 4 "Farewell Party Participation Tickets" OR 1 "Individual Mini Talk Participation Ticket" + 1 "Farewell Party Participation Ticket".

*You can choose the members you wish to participate in the individual mini talk sessions, but distribution will end as soon as the maximum number of participants for each member is reached.

*If you have multiple "farewell party tickets", please line up again at the end of the line after participating. Multiple tickets cannot be issued at the same time.

*Those who do not have a "farewell party participation ticket" or "individual mini talk session participation ticket" will not be able to participate in each special event.


■Notes regarding CD purchases

*CDs purchased at the event venue will not be eligible for Tower Records original bonuses.

*The lottery for the applicable section will end once the mini live begins, but if there are any remaining special event participation tickets after the mini live has started, only the special event participation tickets will be given to you.

*Distribution of priority area lottery participation tickets, mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers, and special event participation tickets will end as soon as capacity is reached.

*Please note that participation tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including if you forget, lose, have it stolen, or are damaged.

*All participation tickets are valid only on the day of the event.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after receipt, we will exchange it for a good product.

*After distribution of the mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers has ended, only special event participation tickets will be handed out.

*The event time is limited. If you arrive after the event has ended, you will not be able to participate in the event even if you have a special event participation ticket.


■ Precautions when participating in the event

*Please refrain from climbing over or crawling under the partitions separating the event space as this is dangerous.

* Viewing from the aisles is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Please note that you will be guided to the venue in the order of your serial number when entering. However, if you are late for the meeting time stated on your winning ticket, your serial number will be invalid.

*The transfer or resale of special event participation tickets and mini live priority area viewing tickets with serial numbers to third parties, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, we may refuse participation in the event. Please note.

*Name tags or name plates must be no larger than business card size and must be attached to clothing using a pin badge or similar.

*If customers aged elementary school or older wish to participate in the mini live concert or special event, they will need a participation ticket.

*If you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. If you feel unwell during the event or notice someone else feeling unwell, please inform a nearby member of staff.

*All photographing, recording or filming of artists or events using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

*If discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue after your data has been erased and your equipment has been confiscated. You will also be denied entry to future events, even if you have tickets to participate in another event.

*Large items (including carry bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) are not permitted to be brought into the event venue. Items cannot be stored at the venue, so please use a coin locker or similar facility in advance. The size of luggage that can be brought into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.

*We are unable to accept gifts or fan letters. Thank you for your understanding.

*You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. This also applies in the event that the event is canceled.

*During the special event, please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to touch members, or any other contact including high-fiving.

*During the mini live and special event, please turn off your mobile phone and make sure to put it in your bag so that it is not visible. If you have a closed bag, please make sure to keep it closed when participating.

*The special event participation ticket is only valid for the person who won the lottery. Resale or transfer is prohibited.

*If you are accompanied by a child and have been selected to attend the mini live concert or wish to participate in the special event, you may only bring one child under elementary school age.

*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring with you, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please make sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.

*CD purchases and the priority area lottery/mini live/special event may be subject to cancellation or change due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions, weather, the effects of COVID-19, etc.

*If you have multiple special event participation tickets, you will need to participate in the event in a loop.

*Those who do not have a special event participation ticket will not be able to participate in the special event.


■Other precautions

*We will not accommodate late arrivals due to delays in public transport such as flights or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time.

*Once you have checked in and entered the venue, you will be on standby and will not be able to leave the venue. Once you leave the venue, you will not be able to return and will not be able to participate, so please use the restroom beforehand.

*Cutting in line, such as by inviting companions to join you, is prohibited at reception and when entering the venue.

*After checking in and entering the venue, please make sure to put away your mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. in the back of your bag. If we see a mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. on top of your bag, on the side, in your pocket, or in your breast pocket, a staff member will call out to you to check the condition of the device, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.


*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.

*Sit-ins and gatherings around the venue are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Staying up all night around the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Our store and the organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, or any accidents or troubles that arise as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave the venue. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*In order to ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem you unsuitable to participate in the event, we may refuse your participation. We may also ask you to verify your identity at that time. If you are unable to cooperate with the identity verification, we may refuse your participation. Thank you for your understanding.


*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. In that case, there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage. We ask for your understanding in advance.


*The tour start time may vary depending on the operating conditions on the day. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to participate.


*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

・Those who have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to enter the venue.

If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning may be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. Even in this case, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.

*If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.


Prohibited matter

・Transferring, reselling, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting winning rights

*Forgery, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.

・Slander, slander, intimidation, abuse, etc. towards members

・Drinking alcohol or entering or participating in events while under the influence of alcohol

・Recording, filming, and taking photographs at the event venue

- Bringing audio/video recording or photography equipment into the venue
