当日会場で対象商品をご予約いただいた方に、お見送り会参加券をお渡しいたします。

イベント当日2024年10月12日（土）11:00より、もみじ川芝生広場特設CD即売ブースにて、対象商品を全額内金でご予約いただいたお客様に先着で「お見送り会参加券」をご予約枚数分お渡しいたします。

※CDの当日ご予約は、1会計あたり3枚までとさせていただきます。

※多く並ばれた場合、公演の開演時間までにご予約を承ることができない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。

※お見送り会はOCTPATHの出演が終了後、会場内にて実施を予定しております。

※お見送り会参加券の配布は定員に達し次第終了いたします。

※お見送り会参加券をお忘れになった場合、紛失/盗難/破損された場合等、いかなる理由でも再発行はいたしませんのでご注意ください。

＜商品受け取り、発送について＞

●About CD reservations

Pre-ordered items can be picked up at HMV&BOOKS SHINSAIBASHI or delivered.

Once purchased, items cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.

●About product delivery

・An additional shipping fee of 900 yen will be charged for each transaction.

・If you would like delivery, we will provide you with a shipping address card (card for shipping costs) and a pre-order product registration card (card for product) depending on the number of cards.

・Details on how to register will be provided at the venue.

・商品は2024年12月25日（水）発売日以降発送となります。発送状況により商品ご到着まで発売日より1～2週間掛かる場合もございますので予めご了承ください。

●About receiving products in store

・商品のお受け取り開始は2024年12月24日（火）夕方以降を予定しております。配送便の関係でお受け取り開始が遅くなることもございますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・商品のお取り置き期間は発売日から2週間、2025年1月8日（水）閉店時間までとなります。

お見送り会注意事項

*During the farewell party, please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to touch members, or any other contact including high-fiving.

※お見送り会中、携帯電話は電源をお切りの上必ずバッグの中に見えないようにしまってください。バッグが閉まる方は必ず閉めた状態でご参加ください。。スマートウォッチ等もすべてはずしていただきます。

*If guests with children wish to participate in the farewell party, only one child under elementary school age may accompany them.

*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring with you, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please make sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.

*The size of luggage you can bring to the farewell party is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not allowed.)

*Due to weather, trouble, the spread of COVID-19, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or members may be changed or absent. If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning may be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. *If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.

・Drinking alcohol or entering or participating in events while under the influence of alcohol

・Recording, filming, and taking photographs at the event venue

- Bringing audio/video recording or photography equipment into the venue
