2024年12月25日（水）発売 OCTPATH 2nd album『Present』を、当日会場にてご購入 もしくは 全国のHMVにて事前にご予約いただいた方を対象に抽選会を行います。

当日のご購入も承りますが、混雑する可能性がございますので、事前にお近くのHMV店舗でのご予約をお勧めします。

If you pre-order a CD at an HMV store, you will be given a lottery entry ticket when you make your deposit. Please be sure to bring this ticket with you on the day of the performance for which you wish to participate in the lottery.

Tickets will be available for purchase on the day, but as crowds are expected, we recommend that you pre-order at any HMV store nationwide.

*If you do not have a ticket for the relevant performance, your lottery ticket will be invalid and no refunds will be given.

*If there are a large number of people lining up, we may not be able to accept your reservation in time for the start of the performance, so we recommend that you make your reservation in advance at HMV stores nationwide.

*On the day of the event, a lottery lane will be set up for customers who have made a reservation in advance. Please bring your [lottery participation ticket] and [performance ticket] and line up in the lottery lane.

* Farewell party participation tickets are only available for reservations/lottery winners made before the start of the show.

*If you pre-order a CD that comes with a lottery entry ticket, you will not receive any HMV original bonuses.

*Items pre-ordered at HMV stores can be picked up at the HMV store where you made the full deposit.

*Raffle tickets that do not have the HMV stamp are invalid. Please make sure the stamp is on your Raffle ticket when you receive it.

*If you purchase tickets after the performance, you will not be able to participate in the raffle for the farewell party.

*The meeting place will be announced at the venue on the day.

*On the day, a staff member will guide you near the meeting place at the appointed time.

*The tour start time may vary depending on the operating conditions on the day. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to participate.

*In order to ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem a person unsuitable to participate in the event, they may refuse participation to certain customers. In addition, we may ask you to verify your identity at that time. Please note this in advance.

*For all other matters related to the operation of the farewell party, please follow the instructions of the venue management staff.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

・Those who have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to enter the venue.

- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.

If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning may be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. Even in this case, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.

*If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.

・Transferring, reselling, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting winning rights

*Forgery, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.

・Slander, slander, intimidation, abuse, etc. towards members

・Drinking alcohol or entering or participating in events while under the influence of alcohol

・Recording, filming, and taking photographs at the event venue

- Bringing audio/video recording or photography equipment into the venue
