■ How to make an advance reservation

Customers who make a full deposit to reserve an eligible product during the advance reservation period will receive a ``talk event lottery participation ticket'' and a ``farewell party participation ticket'' in the number of tickets purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Reservations are only accepted in-store. We do not accept reservations over the phone or online.

*Reservations for event products must be made in full with a deposit.

*Payment must be by cash or credit card. Points, parking discounts, and other discount services are not applicable.

Tickets will be available for sale on the day, but advance reservations are recommended as tickets are expected to be busy.

*You can choose the section you wish to participate in for your farewell party ticket, but please note that distribution will end once the limit for each section has been reached.

*After the distribution of farewell party tickets has finished, only talk event lottery tickets will be distributed.

From June 10, 2024 (Monday) store opening time to June 14, 2024 (Friday) store closing time

For each eligible product purchased, you will receive one "Talk Event Raffle Ticket" and one "Farewell Party Ticket."

*Talk event lottery tickets and farewell party tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available until supplies last.

*The lottery will be held on the day of the event. For details, please see "Talk event participation lottery/CD reservation on the day" below.

*Those who make a reservation in advance will be guaranteed to participate in the lottery for the talk event on the day. Please make sure to arrive within the lottery reception time.

If you arrive after the reception time, you will not be able to participate in the talk event lottery.

*The winning rights are only valid for the person who purchased the ticket. You cannot purchase the ticket on your behalf or transfer the rights to another person, including your family members.

*We cannot accommodate any changes to your participation after payment has been completed or after you have been selected, for any reason.

*Please note that pre-orders for this event will not include the HMV original bonus: clear trading card (one of eight solo cards, chosen at random).

*Please note that this does not apply to lottery entry tickets for "OCTPATH LIVE 2024 -UP TO THE SKY-", which is scheduled to be held in July 2024 and is currently being held at HMV stores and online.

<About the talk event participation lottery>

Talk event participation lottery holders will be able to participate in the talk event participation lottery, which will be held from 10:30 on the day of the event.

Those who win the talk event participation lottery will be given a "talk event participation ticket with a serial number."

You can choose the session you wish to attend with your "numbered talk event participation ticket," but each person will be limited to one ticket per session.

*The serial numbers for the "talk event participation ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly. They are not on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Each person will be limited to a maximum of 5 entries per line for the talk event lottery. If you have 6 or more [talk event lottery tickets], please line up at the end of the lottery line again.

< CD reservation on the day >

From 11:00 on the day of the event, customers who pre-order eligible products with full payment will be given a ``talk event lottery participation ticket'' and a ``farewell party participation ticket'' for the number of tickets purchased at the special counter on the 6th floor of HMV& BOOKS SHIBUYA on a first-come, first-served basis.

*CD reservations on the day are limited to 5 per transaction.

*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day.

*You can choose the section you wish to participate in for your farewell party ticket, but please note that distribution will end once the limit for each section has been reached.

■Notes regarding CD reservations

*The lottery for each session will end once the talk event has begun. However, if there are any remaining farewell party tickets after the talk event has begun, only the farewell party tickets will be given to you.

*Distribution of the talk event lottery tickets and farewell party tickets will end once capacity is reached.

*Please note that talk event lottery tickets and farewell party tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including if you forget, lose, have stolen or damaged them.

*Talk event lottery tickets and farewell party tickets are only valid on the day of the event.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after a reservation has been made. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after receipt, we will exchange it for a good product.

*After distribution of the "talk event participation tickets" has ended, only the "bonus tickets" will be handed out.

*The event time is limited. If you arrive after the event has ended, you will not be able to participate in the event even if you have a "bonus ticket."

<Regarding advance reservations at stores>

*This applies to pre-orders purchased in-store at HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA.

*Cancellation is not possible after a reservation is confirmed. Please check the event details and the product carefully before purchasing. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after purchase, we will exchange it for a good product.

*Limit of 5 tickets per transaction. If you purchase 6 or more tickets, please re-line up.

*All purchased items must be picked up at the store. Items will not be handed over at the event venue.

*Participation rights are only valid for the person who purchased the ticket. Purchases on behalf of others, including family members, and rights cannot be transferred.

*When reserving event items, payment can only be made by cash or various credit cards.

*Compatible electronic money, vouchers (QUO cards, book vouchers, gift certificates), other discount coupons, and Ponta points cannot be used or awarded.

*On the day, only credit cards will be accepted at the designated cash register.

It is expected that the cash registers will be very busy. It may take some time to make a payment, or you may not be able to make the payment in time during the event, so please pay by cash whenever possible.

It is possible that you may have to wait in line for more than 10 minutes to pay, so please help us to ensure a smooth checkout.

＜Receive your product＞

・Products can only be picked up at the store.

*Please collect your reserved items at the HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA 5F pick-up counter after the release date. You will not be able to collect your items after the reservation period has expired.

■ Precautions when participating in the event

*You will be guided to the venue 20 minutes before the event starts.

*Please note that bonus tickets and participation tickets will not be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged.

*Please note that returns and refunds are not possible unless the product is defective.

*Please refrain from climbing over or crawling under the partitions separating the event space as this is dangerous.

* Viewing from the aisles is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Please note that you will be guided to the venue in the order of your serial number when entering. However, if you are late for the meeting time stated on your winning ticket, your serial number will be invalid.

*The transfer or resale of special event participation tickets and talk event participation tickets to third parties, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, we may refuse participation in the event. Please note.

*There will be no performance.

*Name tags or name plates must be no larger than business card size and must be attached to clothing using a pin badge or similar.

*If customers aged elementary school or older wish to participate in the talk event or special event, they will need a participation ticket.

*If you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. If you feel unwell during the event or notice someone else feeling unwell, please inform a nearby member of staff.

*All photographing, recording or filming of artists or events using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

*If discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue after your data has been erased and your equipment has been confiscated. You will also be denied entry to future events, even if you have tickets to participate in another event.

*Large items (including carry bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) are not permitted to be brought into the event venue. Items cannot be stored at the venue, so please use a coin locker or similar facility in advance. The size of luggage that can be brought into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.

*We are unable to accept gifts or fan letters. Thank you for your understanding.

*You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. This also applies in the event that the event is canceled.

*During the special event (farewell party), please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to touch members, or any other contact including high-fiving.

*During the talk event and special event (farewell party), please turn off your mobile phone and make sure to put it in your bag so that it is not visible. If you can close your bag, please make sure to keep it closed.

*The special event participation ticket is only valid for the person who won the lottery. Resale or transfer is prohibited.

*If you are a guest with children and have been selected to attend a talk event or wish to participate in a special event (farewell party), you may only bring one child under elementary school age.

*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring with you, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please make sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.

*CD reservations and the talk event participation lottery/special event (farewell party) may be canceled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions, weather, the effects of COVID-19, etc.

*If you have multiple tickets to the special event, you will be required to participate in the event in a loop. Multiple tickets cannot be issued at the same time.

*Those who do not have a special event participation ticket will not be able to participate in the special event.

■Other precautions

*We will not accommodate late arrivals due to delays in public transport such as flights or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time.

*Once you have checked in and entered the venue, you will be on standby and will not be able to leave the venue. Once you leave the venue, you will not be able to return and will not be able to participate, so please use the restroom beforehand.

*Cutting in line, such as by inviting companions to join you, is prohibited at reception and when entering the venue.

*After checking in and entering the venue, please make sure to put away your mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. in the back of your bag. If we see a mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. on top of your bag, on the side, in your pocket, or in your breast pocket, a staff member will call out to you to check the condition of the device, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.

*Sit-ins and gatherings around the venue are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Staying up all night around the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Our store and the organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, or any accidents or troubles that arise as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave the venue. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*In order to ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem a person unsuitable to participate in the event, they may refuse participation to certain customers. In addition, we may ask you to verify your identity at that time. Please note this in advance.

*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. In that case, there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage. We ask for your understanding in advance.

*The tour start time may vary depending on the operating conditions on the day. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to participate.

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

*Those who fall under any of the following categories may be denied entry.

- Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who have symptoms of poor health such as coughing, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.

・Those who have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to enter the venue.

・Pets are not permitted at the venue.

- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.

*Please observe the "prohibited items" below when participating. If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning may be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave. Even in this case, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.

*If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.

Prohibited matter

・Transferring, reselling, scalping, copying, or counterfeiting winning rights

*Forgery, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.

・Slander, slander, intimidation, abuse, etc. towards members

・Drinking alcohol or entering or participating in events while under the influence of alcohol

・Recording, filming, and taking photographs at the event venue

- Bringing audio/video recording or photography equipment into the venue
