To commemorate the release of OCTPATH 6th single "FUN", we have decided to hold an individual photo ID card distribution event!
A total of 800 people will be invited to a lottery to be drawn from those who reserve and pay for the regular version of OCTPATH 6th single "FUN," to be released on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, on the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE "Individual ID Photo-Style Card Handover Event Lottery Eligible Page"!

■If you would like to participate, please make sure to order from the page for the lottery for the "Individual ID Photo Style Card Handover Event." Customers who purchase the regular version of "FUN," which is not eligible for the lottery for the Individual ID Photo Style Card Handover Event, will not be eligible for the lottery.
■When applying, please select your preferred session (time slot) and desired members.
■You will receive one entry for purchasing one CD (multiple entries are allowed). As this is a lottery system, you may not be selected even if you have purchased and paid.
■Multiple membership registrations by the same person are prohibited.
■The right to win the individual photo ID style card distribution event is only valid for the member, date, and venue (time period) selected.

*Before making a reservation or purchase, please make sure that your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE membership information matches the "photo identification document" specified by the organizer that you plan to bring if you are selected.
*Fake names, pen names, handle names, or other people's names cannot be used.
In addition, applications written in kanji, kana, roman letters, or English that differ from the "Photo ID" specified by the organizer may be deemed to be an inconsistency with the "Photo ID," and you may not be able to participate in the event. ■About photo identification documents
When participating in the event, the winner must bring one of the following items (1) to (7) as their original photo ID (photos, copies, and expired documents are not accepted) as specified by the organizer.
Please note that any other form of identification is invalid for any reason. (Only original documents are valid.)
*Winning rights cannot be sold or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will be banned from participating in any future OCTPATH-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so.

If you do not have any of these documents, or if the details do not match those of the person who placed the order, you will be denied participation in the event, regardless of the reason. <Notes on identity verification>
・When verifying your identity, we will check your photo against the designated ID specified by the organizer. Verification in a state where your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish is prohibited.
If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.
・Students who have not been issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one of the designated identification cards with photo from among 【1】 to 【7】 specified above.

Flow of the individual photo card presentation event
① Reception
・Please be sure to come to the reception desk in front of the venue during the registration hours and present the "Participation notification screen from your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE My Page" and "Photo identification."
*Please have your documents ready so that you can show them to the staff at the reception desk immediately.
・At the reception you will be given a ticket to an event where you can receive an individual photo ID card of the selected member.
・If multiple members bring participation notices to the same session, we will give you individual photo ID card event participation tickets for the number of tickets you have won.
・If you have been selected for multiple divisions, registration will be held for each division separately, so please come to the registration time for the division you are interested in. (You cannot register for multiple divisions at the same time.)
② Line up
Once your identity has been verified, you will be asked to line up in the designated member's lane.
After completing the "identification verification", you will not be able to leave the venue until the end of the individual photo ID card distribution event. Please use the restroom etc. beforehand.
・It is prohibited to participate in the individual ID photo style card distribution event with electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, penlights, slogans, etc. in your hands or in your pockets. Please leave them in the designated area.
・When you join, please remove your outerwear. Please leave your outerwear together with your belongings in the designated area.
- Nameplates and other items should be worn around the neck or attached to clothing.
- Regarding nameplates, please remove any that are larger than a CD size.
- Regarding stuffed animals and other goods, if they are larger than a CD, you will need to remove them before entering the booth, even if they are hanging around your neck.
3) Photo ID card presentation
・Please enter the member booth when instructed by a staff member.
・The member will hand you a photo ID-style card, and the session will end when the staff has finished giving you instructions.
Notes regarding the individual photo ID card handover event
-At the individual ID photo style card distribution event, you can participate in the ID photo style card distribution event with the winning member once per participation right.
*If you are wearing headgear that completely covers your face or a deep hat that blocks your eyes, you may be asked to remove it at the discretion of staff.
*Contacting or attempting to contact members is prohibited.
Other notes
*The "Participation Notice" sent by UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE will not be reissued under any circumstances. If you are unable to display the "Participation Notice" on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate in the event.
*Please note that if you cancel your membership with UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE, your My Page and "Participation Notification" will be deleted and cannot be restored.
*Forgery and resale of "Participation Notice" and "Photo ID" are strictly prohibited. If forgery or resale is discovered, all rights to participate in the individual photo-style card handover event will be invalidated and you will be refused participation in all future OCTPATH events.
*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.
*Event details may be subject to change. Please be aware of this before applying.
*When participating, please keep your valuables with you at all times.
*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.
*Please note that we will not be accepting gifts or fan letters at the reception or inside the venue.
*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be held liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring the rights are found, the winning rights will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.
*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.
*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*For elementary school students, the family member or relative who purchased the ticket will need to show ID. In addition, on the day of the event, we ask that the family member or relative who purchased the ticket accompany the child as a guardian. Please note that we cannot verify the identity of the child even if a family member or relative who did not purchase the ticket accompanies the child.
*If a parent or guardian is accompanying a child who is in elementary school or older, the parent or guardian should wait outside the lane after the registration for each member lane has finished.
*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.
*In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them. Please understand this before participating.
*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before waiting in line for the reception desk.
