About the in-person group signing session

■If you would like to participate, please reserve and make payment for the first edition of "FUN" (eligible for the in-person group signing event lottery) on the in-person group signing event lottery page on the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE.

■If you wish to participate, please make sure to order from the page that is eligible for the lottery for the in-person group autograph session. Customers who purchase the first edition of "FUN," which is not eligible for the lottery for the in-person group autograph session, will not be eligible for the lottery.

When you register, please select the session you would like to attend.

■You will receive one entry for purchasing one CD (multiple entries are allowed). As this is a lottery system, you may not be selected even if you have purchased and paid.

■Multiple membership registrations by the same person are prohibited.

■Your winning rights to the in-person group autograph session will only be valid for the date and session (time period) you have selected.

■We will respond to your request on the date and during the event (time period) that you have been selected for. Please note that we cannot respond outside of the applicable time periods.

■Each winning ticket will entitle you to participate in one in-person group signing session.

■On the day, the signature will be written on the first edition CD jacket of ``FUN'' that you have purchased, so please be sure to bring the first edition CD jacket of the copy you plan to attend.

■The event will end as soon as the line ends.

■Photography and video recording is permitted only while you are waiting in line. Photography and video recording is prohibited if you are participating in the group autograph session.

■When participating in the group autograph session, please put your cell phone inside your belongings. It is prohibited to participate with your cell phone in your pocket.

■Live streaming is strictly prohibited. If any prohibited activity is discovered, you will be asked to delete the data, all winning rights will be invalidated, and you will be asked to leave the venue.

■About photo identification documents

When participating in the event, the winner must bring one of the following items (1) to (7) as their original photo ID (photos, copies, and expired documents are not accepted) as specified by the organizer.

*Winning rights cannot be sold or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will be banned from participating in any future OCTPATH-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so.

*Please make sure to protect your My Number card so that your personal number and other details are not visible when you present it.

If you do not have any of these documents, or if the details do not match those of the person who placed the order, you will be denied participation in the event, regardless of the reason. Please note that you will not be able to participate if there are any deficiencies, such as losing or forgetting your "Participation Notice" or "Photo ID." In this case, we will not cover your transportation costs, etc. Please be aware of this in advance.

<Notes on identity verification>

・When verifying your identity, we will check your photo ID against the one specified by the organizer. Verification in a state where your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish is prohibited.

If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.

・Students who have not been issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one “identification document with photo” from among the documents specified above (1) to (7).

- Anyone other than the winner cannot participate for any reason.

-If you are a minor, please be sure to read this together with your guardian and obtain their understanding and consent before participating.

・Please contact each public institution to inquire about the time and cost required to issue a "photo ID" issued by the public institution.

・Please prepare a photo ID issued by a public institution well in advance of the day of the event. We cannot accept requests that are not made in time.

・If we are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or incomplete identification documents, you will be denied participation.

・Please note that if any fraudulent activity is discovered, such as submitting false identification documents or altering photos, you will be barred from participating in any future events.

・We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing resale or transfer.

Flow of the in-person group signing session

① Reception

・Please be sure to come to the reception desk in front of the venue during the registration hours and present the "Participation notification screen from your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE My Page" and "Photo identification."

*Please have your documents ready so that you can show them to the staff at the reception desk immediately.

・You will be given a ticket to the in-person group autograph session at the reception.

・If you have been selected for multiple divisions, registration will be held for each division separately, so please come to the registration time for the division you are interested in. (You cannot register for multiple divisions at the same time.)

② Line up

Once your identity verification is complete, you will be asked to line up inside the venue.

After completing the identity verification process, you will not be able to leave the venue until the in-person group signing session ends. Please use the restroom beforehand.

・It is prohibited to attend the in-person group autograph session while holding electronic devices such as cell phones or tablets, penlights, slogans, etc. in your hands or in your pockets.

・The size of luggage you can bring into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not permitted.)

- Nameplates and other items should be worn around the neck or attached to clothing.

- Regarding nameplates, please remove any that are larger than a CD size.

- Regarding stuffed animals and other merchandise larger than a CD, even if you are wearing them around your neck, you will be asked to remove them when you participate in the autograph session.

③Sign

・When instructed by staff, please proceed to the front of the group.

- When you receive a signal from the staff, please move promptly to the next member.

・The event will end when all members have finished signing and have handed over the signed CD jackets.

*The CD jacket will include each member's signature, name, and date.

*Only pens provided by the organizers may be used for signing.

*You cannot choose the member whose name and date you want to fill in.

*Please enter your name and date on Table 1. You cannot specify a location.

- You cannot specify the location where you want the signature to be written on the CD jacket.

Regarding the Name Form

★We will write your name along with the signature, so please write your desired name on the name entry form that will be given to you at the venue reception.

*Please write your name in "hiragana" or "katakana." (Nicknames are not allowed, and the use of both hiragana and katakana, romaji, kanji, emoticons, emoticons, punctuation marks, and special characters and symbols (♡ &, etc.) are not allowed.)

*Multiple names cannot be entered for one customer.

*Full names are not accepted.

*Only the last name or first name, or "last name or first name" + "the title below" are possible. (Omission of the last name or first name is not allowed as it will be considered a nickname.)

*Titles are limited to "chan," "san," and "kun."

Example: If your real name is "Tanaka Taro", only "Tanaka", "Tanaka + honorific", "Tarou", "Tarou + honorific" (or written in katakana) are OK.

*If the information you enter on the name entry form contains prohibited items or is deemed inappropriate, staff will make changes at their discretion.

*Addresses that are in text, names related to the artist's name, or addresses that could be interpreted as a message deviate from the above and are therefore prohibited.

*Any other inappropriate content or content that the organizers deem unacceptable will be deleted or revised at their discretion.

*The name entry slip will be checked during identity verification. Anything other than the one attached to the participation ticket will not be accepted.

Notes for in-person group signing events

- At the in-person group signing session, you will be able to participate in the signing session with all members who are attending on the day once per participation right.

-At the in-person group signing event, each member will sign the CD jacket of the first edition of "FUN" that you purchased.

・As a general rule, autographs will not be rewritten. However, if there is an obvious mistake in your autograph, you must report it to the staff during the in-person group autograph session, and we will only rewrite it if the mistake is acknowledged. This decision is at the discretion of the venue staff. Please note that if you report it after the in-person group autograph session has ended, you will not be able to rewrite it.

-For in-person group signing sessions, you cannot specify the size of the signature, name, or date to be written.

・You cannot specify the writing style (e.g. writing with your non-dominant hand, etc.).

・The following are prohibited when signing:

*If you are wearing headgear that completely covers your face or a deep hat that blocks your eyes, you may be asked to remove it at the discretion of staff.

*Contacting or attempting to contact members is prohibited.

・Photography and video recording is permitted only while waiting in line. Photography and video recording is prohibited during group signing sessions.

- When participating in the group signing session, it is prohibited to have your cell phone in your pocket.

・Live streaming is strictly prohibited. If prohibited behavior is discovered, you will be asked to delete the data, all winning rights will be invalidated, and you will be asked to leave the venue.

・You may use any device, such as a smartphone, mobile phone, or digital camera. However, please refrain from using flash photography or the use of monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or large telephoto lenses that block the view of others, as this may be a nuisance to other customers.

・Please note that we may suddenly decide on the day to disable filming.

- Images and videos taken cannot be used for monetization or commercial purposes.

・The creation and sale of unofficial merchandise using the image or name of OCTPATH is prohibited.

*If any prohibited behavior is discovered, all winning rights for the event will be invalidated and you may be denied entry in the future. Please note.

Other notes

*The "Participation Notice" sent by UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE will not be reissued under any circumstances. If you are unable to display the "Participation Notice" on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate in the event.

*Please note that if you cancel your membership with UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE, your My Page and "Participation Notification" will be deleted and cannot be restored.

*Forgery and resale of "Participation Notice" and "Photo ID" are strictly prohibited. If forgery or resale is discovered, all "In-Person Group Signing Session" participation rights will be invalidated and you will be denied participation in all future OCTPATH events.

*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.

*Event details may be subject to change. Please be aware of this before applying.

*When participating, please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.

*Please note that we will not be accepting gifts or fan letters at the reception or inside the venue.

*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.

*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be held liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring the rights are found, the winning rights will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

*If you are in a no-loitering area, staff will ask you to move, so please cooperate and follow instructions.

*Those aged 60 or older must have the right to participate in the in-person group signing session.

*For elementary school students, the family member or relative who purchased the ticket will need to show ID. In addition, on the day of the event, we ask that the family member or relative who purchased the ticket accompany the child as a guardian. Please note that we cannot verify the identity of the child even if a family member or relative who did not purchase the ticket accompanies the child.

*If a parent or guardian accompanies a child of elementary school age or older, the parent or guardian will be asked to wait outside the venue after the reception has finished. During the group signing session, participants will be required to participate alone, so if it is difficult for you to participate alone, please refrain from applying.

*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.

*In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them. Please understand this before participating.

*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before waiting in line for the reception desk.

*The size of luggage you can bring into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not permitted.)

*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to residents at or near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.

*Due to weather, trouble, the spread of COVID-19, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or members may be changed or absent. In addition, the event schedule and content may be changed due to circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or refunds will be given. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled or ended midway. Please be aware of this in advance.

*If you do not follow the precautions, you may not be able to participate in the in-person group autograph session. The in-person group autograph session itself may also be canceled. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

*Please note that the organizers will not take any responsibility for any loss or accidents caused by customers' belongings.

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters regarding the operation of the in-person group signing event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.

*If you violate any of the prohibited items, you will be denied participation in the event and will be barred from participating in any future live events related to OCTPATH.

*Forgery, reproduction, and other fraudulent activities are crimes, so if they are discovered, you will be denied entry to the event and will be reported to the police.

・Staying overnight near the venue, holding sit-ins or holding rallies, etc.
