■ How to make an advance reservation

Starting from store opening time on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, customers who pre-order eligible products with full payment at Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi store will receive a talk event lottery participation ticket and a special event exchange ticket for the number of items purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets will be available for sale on the day, but advance reservations are recommended as tickets are expected to be busy.

*Talk event lottery participation tickets and special event exchange tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will end when they run out.

*The lottery will be held on the day of the event. For details, please see "CD sales on the day / Talk event lottery and bonus ticket exchange" below.

*Those who make a reservation in advance will be guaranteed to participate in the lottery for the talk event on the day. In addition, we will give priority to those who have reserved tickets for the special event, but please make sure to arrive within the lottery reception and special event ticket exchange times.

If you arrive after the designated reception time, you will not be able to participate in the talk event lottery, nor will you be able to exchange your bonus ticket.

■CD sales on the day / Talk event lottery and special event participation ticket exchange

From 11:00 on the day of the event, customers who pre-order eligible products with full payment at the cash register in Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi store will be given a talk event lottery ticket and a special event ticket for the number of tickets purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.

*CD reservations on the day are limited to 5 per transaction.

<About the talk event lottery>

Those who have a talk event lottery ticket can participate in the talk event lottery, which will be held from 11:00 on the day of the event.

Those who are selected in the talk event lottery will be given a "talk event participation ticket with a serial number."

You can choose the session you wish to attend with your "numbered talk event participation ticket," but each person will be limited to one ticket per session.

*The serial numbers for the "talk event participation ticket with serial number" will be distributed randomly. They are not on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Each person will be limited to a maximum of 5 attempts per line for the talk event lottery. If you have 6 or more [talk event lottery tickets], please line up at the end of the lottery line again.

■ Precautions when participating in the event

*Please note that you will be guided to the venue in the order of your serial number when entering. However, if you are late for the meeting time stated on your winning ticket, your serial number will be invalid.

*The transfer or resale of special event participation tickets and talk event participation tickets to third parties, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, we may refuse participation in the event. Please note.

*There will be no performance.

*Name tags or name plates must be no larger than business card size and must be attached to clothing using a pin badge or similar.

*If customers aged elementary school or older wish to participate in the talk event or special event, they will need a participation ticket.

*If you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. If you feel unwell during the event or notice someone else feeling unwell, please inform a nearby member of staff.

*All photographing, recording or filming of artists or events using cameras, video cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

*If discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue after your data has been erased and your equipment has been confiscated. You will also be denied entry to future events, even if you have tickets to participate in another event.

*Large items (including carry bags, strollers, panels, fans, etc.) are not permitted to be brought into the event venue. Items cannot be stored at the venue, so please use a coin locker or similar facility in advance. The size of luggage that can be brought into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder.

*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care.

*We are unable to accept gifts or fan letters. Thank you for your understanding.

*You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. This also applies in the event that the event is canceled.

*During the special event (farewell party), please refrain from talking loudly, calling out to members, trying to touch members, or any other contact including high-fiving.

*During the talk event and special event (farewell party), please turn off your mobile phone and make sure to put it in your bag so that it is not visible. If you can close your bag, please make sure to keep it closed.

*The special event participation ticket is only valid for the person who won the lottery. Resale or transfer is prohibited.

*If you are a guest with children and have been selected to attend a talk event or wish to participate in a special event (farewell party), you may only bring one child under elementary school age.

*We may ask you to confirm the age of any children you bring with you, so if you are bringing a child under elementary school age, please make sure to bring identification that can verify the child's age.

*CD sales and the talk event lottery/special event (farewell party) may be canceled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions, weather, the effects of COVID-19, etc.

*If you have multiple tickets to the special event, you will be required to participate in the event in a loop. Multiple tickets cannot be issued at the same time.

*Those who do not have a special event participation ticket will not be able to participate in the special event.

■Notes regarding CD reservations

*If you pre-order the CD that comes with a [talk event lottery participation ticket], you will not receive any Tower Records original bonuses.

*The lottery for each session will end once the talk event has begun. However, if there are any remaining special event participation tickets after the talk event has begun, only the special event participation tickets will be given to you.

*Distribution of talk event lottery tickets, special event exchange tickets, and special event participation tickets will end as soon as capacity is reached.

*Please note that talk event lottery tickets, special event exchange tickets, and special event tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including if you forget, lose, have stolen, or damage them.

*Talk event lottery participation tickets, special event exchange tickets, and special event participation tickets are only valid on the day of the event.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after a reservation has been made. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after receipt, we will exchange it for a good product.

[How to make a deposit reservation at the store]

*Reservation registration and acceptance are only valid during the advance reservation period and at the event venue on the day.

*Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

*To register your reservation, we will need your mobile phone number and email address.

*Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive them.

*When registering for a reservation, please scan the QR code posted at the event venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).

*Please select the item you wish to reserve, and enter your reservation details while checking the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register.

*You can choose to pick up your pre-ordered items at the participating store for the event, or have them delivered (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).

* Once your reservation registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. At this point, your reservation is not yet complete, so please present the QR code for payment at the cash register at the venue.

*After confirming the reservation details, we will hand over the bonus according to the product. Changes, cancellations, or refusals to receive the product cannot be accepted after payment has been confirmed.

*After paying for your reserved item, you will receive an email "[※Do not discard] Payment complete/Instructions on how to receive your item" and your reservation will be completed at this point. Please keep this email in a safe place as it will be required when you collect your item at the store or when you inquire about shipping. *Payment methods are cash or credit card. Coupons, electronic money, and point cards cannot be used. (Credit cards may not be accepted at some venues.)

[Receive your product]

You can choose from the following methods to receive your product:

Store pickup: Pick up at Tower Records Umeda NU Chayamachi store (store cannot be specified)

Home delivery: Delivery fee of 900 yen (tax included) will be charged. (We do not deliver to hotels or overseas addresses.)

*You cannot change the receiving method after payment is complete. Also, we cannot combine deliveries.

・When you receive your item at the store, please open the URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and present the barcode for receipt. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.

・We cannot accept any changes/cancellations/returns/refunds after a reservation has been made due to customer convenience.

・Products can be reserved for 4 weeks from the release date.

・Once the reservation period has expired, the item cannot be returned. In that case, please note that we will not be able to refund the purchase price.

■Other precautions

*We will not accommodate late arrivals due to delays in public transport such as flights or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time.

*Once you have checked in and entered the venue, you will be on standby and will not be able to leave the venue. Once you leave the venue, you will not be able to return and will not be able to participate, so please use the restroom beforehand.

*Cutting in line, such as by inviting companions to join you, is prohibited at reception and when entering the venue.

*After checking in and entering the venue, please make sure to put away your mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. in the back of your bag. If we see a mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. on top of your bag, on the side, in your pocket, or in your breast pocket, a staff member will call out to you to check the condition of the device, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.

*Sit-ins and gatherings around the venue are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Staying up all night around the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Our store and the organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, or any accidents or troubles that arise as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave the venue. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*In order to ensure the safe operation of this event, if the organizers deem a person unsuitable to participate in the event, they may refuse participation to certain customers. In addition, we may ask you to verify your identity at that time. Please note this in advance.

*There may be media coverage and filming on the day. In that case, there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage. We ask for your understanding in advance.

*The tour start time may vary depending on the operating conditions on the day. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to participate.

*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.

*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.

*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.
