■ Regarding the distribution of electronic tickets for purchasing CDs eligible for the lottery
In order to allow many customers to participate in the event safely, we will issue electronic tickets when purchasing CDs that are eligible for the lottery. Please note that customers who do not have an electronic ticket will not be able to purchase CDs that are eligible for the lottery. For details on how to obtain an electronic ticket, please see the information below.

*To ensure a smooth application process, we recommend that you register as a friend in advance.
*Only those who have obtained an electronic ticket can participate, so please refrain from waiting around the venue.
* Any changes or cancellations due to customer reasons after application for a numbered ticket will not be accepted.

*Each electronic ticket is valid only for one person (named on the electronic ticket) and can only be used once.
*If more than one hour has passed since you were called, your electronic ticket will become invalid. Please note that even if you have an invalid electronic ticket, you will not be able to purchase the CDs that are eligible for the lottery.
*When you enter the line to purchase the CD that is eligible for the lottery, your electronic ticket will be authenticated (QR code will be read). In addition, staff will check your identity and confirm that your screen is working properly.
*If you are unable to display the electronic numbered ticket or have significant difficulty reading and authenticating it when entering the line to purchase the CD that is eligible to participate in the lottery, you will not be able to enter. Also, you will not be able to enter with a screenshot. When entering, please start the app and display the electronic numbered ticket (QR code).
*If your mobile phone (smartphone) is lost or damaged, or if the data is lost, or if the app used to issue the electronic ticket is deleted, the electronic ticket cannot be reissued.
*Electronic tickets cannot be transferred under any circumstances. Resale of tickets through private transactions or auction sites is strictly prohibited.
*Depending on how busy the venue is, you may have to wait.
*The QR code on the electronic ticket can only be used once, so please handle it with care.
*If the facility is closed or business hours are changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, the spread of epidemics, or unforeseen accidents, the corresponding electronic ticket will become invalid (replacement electronic tickets for other dates will not be issued). Furthermore, we cannot compensate for any expenses (travel expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.) incurred in such cases, regardless of the reason.
<About purchasing CDs on the day of the event>
On the day of the event, Friday, February 23rd, from 10:00AM, customers who have an electronic numbered ticket for purchasing a CD that is eligible for the raffle and who purchase an eligible product will be given a "raffle participation ticket" on a first-come, first-served basis at the special booth on the B1F of Tower Records Shibuya.
*Only those who have a "raffle participation ticket" can participate in the raffle.
*You can participate in the lottery once for each eligible product you purchase.
*If you purchase a CD that is eligible for the lottery, please obtain an electronic ticket in advance (see above).
*You may purchase up to 5 CDs eligible for the lottery per transaction.
[About the lottery]
If you participate in the lottery, you will win either Prize A or Prize B. (There are no losers.)
A Prize: Mini live viewing ticket (with serial number)
B Prize: Special event participation ticket
*For both A and B prize winners, you can choose which section you would like to participate in. (Part 1, Part 2, or Part 3)
*The lottery will be conducted using a dedicated lottery machine.
*If the limit for one of the divisions is reached during the lottery, you may not be able to choose a division.
*If you purchase multiple tickets and win both Prize A and Prize B, and wish to participate in both the mini live and the special event, please arrive at the meeting time for the mini live.
*Sales will end when the limit is reached.
[If you win Prize A]
You will be given one ticket to watch the mini live performance (with a serial number).
Please gather in front of the event space at the designated meeting time.
*The mini live will be limited to a maximum of 300 people per session.
*Mini live viewing tickets (with serial numbers) will be handed out randomly. They are not on a first-come, first-served basis.
*If you would like to participate in the special event held after the mini live, you will need a separate special event participation ticket.
*Mini live viewing tickets (with serial numbers) will be given out only one per person per performance.
*Prize A cannot be transferred to Prize B.
*The mini live performance will be standing room only.
*We cannot issue "mini live viewing tickets (with serial numbers)" on behalf of your family or friends. Also, please do not allow your companions to cut in line after you have joined us.
*If you are late for the meeting time written on your "Mini Live Viewing Ticket (with serial number)", your serial number will be invalid and you may be forced to enter at the back of the line or may not be able to enter the priority area.
*When entering the venue, staff will guide you into the venue in the order of your ticket numbers. Customers who have entered earlier are strictly prohibited from reserving spots for later customers. If staff determine that your belongings are reserving spots, you will be asked to leave.
*If your companions have different serial numbers, we can guide you in together according to the later serial number.

Depending on the number of B Prizes you have won, you can exchange them for a ticket to the special event you wish to participate in.
One B Prize winner can be exchanged for one farewell party participation ticket.

*If you purchase a CD that comes with a lottery entry ticket, you will not receive any Tower Records original bonuses.
*The lottery for each section will end once the mini live performance has begun. However, if there are any B Prize tickets remaining after the mini live performance has begun, only the special event participation tickets will be given out.
*Distribution of both A Prize and B Prize will end as soon as the distribution limit is reached.
*CD purchases are limited to 5 per transaction.
*Please note that if the "Raffle participation ticket," "Mini live viewing ticket (with serial number)," "Farewell party participation ticket," or "Unit high-five event participation ticket" is lost, stolen, or damaged, they will not be reissued.

*The event participation ticket is only valid for the winner. Resale or transfer is prohibited.
*If a customer with children is selected for the event, only children of elementary school age or younger may accompany them.
*This event may be canceled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as social conditions, weather, the effects of COVID-19, etc.
*Please refrain from lining up before opening or staying up all night.
*In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them. Please understand this before participating.
*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before waiting in line for the reception desk.
*The size of luggage you can bring into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not permitted.)
*Please follow the instructions of the venue staff for all other matters related to the operation of the event.
*Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. associated with participating in the event must be borne by the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.
*The organizers cannot be held responsible for the last train times after the event ends.
*Those who fall under any of the following categories may be denied entry.
- Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who have symptoms of poor health such as coughing, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.
・Those who have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to enter the venue.
・Pets are not permitted at the venue.
- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.

If a participant violates the "prohibited items" below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation, the winning may be invalidated and the participant may be asked to leave.
