  • Tickets required for ages 3 and up, limited to two tickets per person.
  • The reserved seating (standing not allowed) seats are along the railings on the 3rd floor. To prevent accidents, standing is not permitted in these seats.
  • Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to changes in performers.
  • Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
  • Transfer and resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
  • On the day of the performance, please enjoy the performance in accordance with the viewing rules established by the organizers.
  • Video footage and photos of the inside of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public.
  • The name and contact information you registered when purchasing your ticket may be provided to public institutions as necessary.
  • You may be asked to show identification upon entry.
Regarding infection prevention measures
  • Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance. In addition, if any of the following apply to you, we ask that you refrain from visiting.
    ・Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (one degree higher than normal) (Please take your temperature before heading to the venue.)
    -Those who have visited a doctor or taken medicine for fever or cold symptoms within two weeks from the date of the performance
    -Those who have experienced abnormal smell, abnormal taste, cough, runny nose, or fever within two weeks from the performance date
  • Please wear a mask when visiting. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
  • If you become unwell after entering the venue, please inform a staff member immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on your symptoms.)
Other notes
  • Please refrain from chatting inside the venue, lobby, etc.
  • We will provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer at the entrance. Please disinfect your hands thoroughly.
  • We will check that no staff members are unwell by taking their temperature.
  • If you are found to be feeling unwell (especially if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher when taken before coming to work), you will be asked to stay at home immediately and a substitute staff member will take care of you.
  • During the performance, the venue will be ventilated at regular intervals and there will be times when the doors inside the venue will be temporarily opened for ventilation.
  • In order to reduce the risk of infection, we will decline to accept gifts, flower arrangements, or congratulatory flowers.
  • Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave around the venue.
  • As a general rule, tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
  • We do not plan to sell alcohol at the venue. Bringing alcohol into the venue is also prohibited.
  • Please follow the infection prevention measures and instructions of staff, and refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as using seats other than your own.
  • If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.

About e-tickets

This service is limited to smartphones with Internet access and a mobile phone number starting with 090, 080, or 070 that is registered in Japan.

      ● For existing members
      Access your FANY ID and register your correct name and phone number in "Delivery name (in hiragana)", "Delivery name", and "Delivery phone number" under "Profile Settings".
      ●When registering as a new member
      On the FANY ID new registration screen, enter your correct name and phone number in the "Name (in katakana)", "Name", and "Phone number" fields in the "FANY Ticket" section.
    • Please be sure to check your registration information on your FANY ID My Page before applying.
      If there are any errors in your registration, you may be automatically disqualified.
    • After registering your FANY ID and checking your registration information, please return to this page and apply again.
      This is a dedicated page and cannot be searched for from within the "FANY Ticket" website.

How to receive your tickets

E-ticket

  • You will receive your payment via the smartphone using the phone number you registered when applying.
    *Details will be sent by email after ticket issuance begins.
  • Receipt of the reward can only be made using the Plus member ID linked to the FANY ID used to log in when applying.
  • If you apply for multiple tickets, all tickets will be issued together on the applicant's smartphone.
  • After the lottery and payment, the electronic ticket will be displayed two weeks before the performance. After receipt begins, details such as the procedure will be sent to the email address registered to the Plus member ID registered to the "OCTPATH OFFICIAL FANCLUB". Please set it so that you can receive "plusmember.jp".
  • Electronic tickets can only be displayed on the smartphone device with the phone number registered at the time of application. Please note that even if you are selected, you will not be able to display the ticket unless the registered mobile phone number is the one for the device that displays the ticket.

Regarding unauthorized resale and transfer of tickets

  • Reselling tickets for commercial purposes or putting them up for auction is strictly prohibited. If any such circumstances are discovered, the ticket will be invalid and you will be denied entry.
