After I reinstalled the app, I can no longer log in.

To prevent unauthorized use of e-tickets, you may only change your device and reinstall the app twice a month.
Please note that if you exceed the limit, you will be required to go through certain procedures and we may check your usage status.
In addition, to prevent fraudulent use of electronic tickets, we ask that each person use the app on one ID and device.
If you have mistakenly registered twice, please cancel the unnecessary ID and try logging in again.
