  • *Only valid members on the day of the performance can participate.
  • *Exchanges are not possible for products other than defective products.

  • *If any resale of the bonus items is discovered, the project itself may be canceled.
  • *To participate in the event, you will need to log in to the site on your smartphone on the day. We will not be able to check your ID or password at the venue, so please make sure you are able to log in to FANCLUB in advance.

  • *Question time will be conducted in a random format with a hand-raising system. We may not be able to answer all questions.
  • *Only the person in question may participate. Companions are not permitted to participate under any circumstances.
  • *Valid only on the day of the lottery. Tickets cannot be transferred to other dates.
  • *Resale, copying, or counterfeiting of participation rights is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained through resale or other means will be invalid.
  • *Please note that if the event content is changed or canceled on the day due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to reschedule the event.
  • *Due to various circumstances, the members on the day may change or the event may be canceled. In such cases, the event will not be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
  • *The meeting time and location will be announced separately to winners only.

  • *You may use photography equipment such as smartphones, mobile phones, digital cameras, video cameras, and single-lens reflex cameras, but please note that use is limited to one device per person.
  • *Photography using multiple devices, such as attaching a smartphone to an SLR camera, is prohibited as it may obstruct the view of other customers.
  • *The use of photography support equipment other than cameras (monopods, tripods, stepladders, mini stepladders, selfie sticks, etc.) is prohibited.
  • *Photography above head level is prohibited.
  • *Please take care of your own cameras and other valuables within the venue.
  • *If staff determine that your photography is causing inconvenience to other customers, you may be asked to leave.
  • *Using photographed materials to produce and sell merchandise without permission is prohibited as it constitutes an infringement of the artist's portrait rights and publicity rights.
  • *We cannot accept any requests regarding poses or expressions from the members. Also, bringing in such goods is prohibited.
  • *Only official merchandise may be brought in (baggage will be checked).
  • *Please note that we may take photographs of the "THme No! Can I ask a question? Event."
  • *The safety of our customers and artists is our number one priority, and for security reasons we may conduct baggage inspections and temporarily hold baggage.
  • *Please follow the instructions and cautions of the staff on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be denied participation or the event may be canceled. In addition, the organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur within the venue due to failure to follow the instructions and cautions of the staff.
