受取方法・電子チケットに関する注意事項

• ※本受付のチケットは「OCTPATH公式アプリ」でのお受取りとなります。
• ※アプリの動作機種・推奨環境に該当しない方はご利用できませんのでご注意ください。

複数枚お申し込みの場合

2枚以上お申込みの場合、ご来場前に必ず同行者様へ電子チケットの分配をお願いいたします。
チケットを分配いただけていない場合は、同行者様は入場できません。

• * Accompanying persons must also have the same operating system and recommended environment as the applicant.

公演に関する注意事項

• * Fee applies for those aged 3 and over (children under 3 are not allowed to enter)
• ※入場時ドリンク代別途必要（埼玉公演を除く）
• *Performers, venue opening and performance start times may change due to various circumstances. Ticket prices, transportation costs, etc. will not be refunded.
• *Please note that some seats may be difficult to see parts of the production and stage.
• ※本公演はチケット購入者ご本人とその同行者の方のみご入場いただけます。チケット券面には購入者の氏名が印字され、ご本人と同行者の方以外はご入場いただけません。あらかじめご了承ください。
• ※チケットおよび公演内の全部または一部の座席権利の購入、譲渡・転売行為は、営利・非営利の目的を問わず、いかなる場合も一切禁止とさせていただきます。これに該当すると主催者が判断したチケットは無効となり、入場をお断りさせていただく場合もございますので、ご注意ください。
• *On the day of the event, you may be asked to show a photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) that can confirm your name, so please be sure to bring your ID with you. If the ID you show does not match your registered information, you may not be allowed to enter.
• *Please watch the performance from the seat indicated on your ticket. If we detect any fraudulent activity, such as viewing the performance from a seat other than the one indicated on your ticket or using the ticket with multiple people, you may be asked to leave the venue. Please note that we will not refund the ticket price if you are asked to leave the venue.
• *Please purchase tickets through official sales channels (play guides officially authorized by the organizers).
• *This performance may be streamed online.
• *Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
• ※公演当日は、主催者が定めた観覧ルールに沿ってお楽しみください。
• *Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave around the venue.
• *As a general rule, tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
• *On the day, please follow the instructions of the staff and refrain from using any seat other than your own or any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
• *If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.

• *Tickets will not be refunded in principle unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
  Please follow the instructions of the staff and refrain from using any seat other than your own or from any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other passengers.
• *If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.
