■If you would like to participate, please make sure to order from the page that is eligible for the in-person group autograph session lottery. Customers who purchase the first edition of "Sweet," which is not eligible for the in-person group autograph session lottery, will not be eligible for the lottery.

When applying, please select your preferred date and session (time slot).

■You will receive one entry for purchasing one CD (multiple entries are allowed). As this is a lottery system, you may not be selected even if you have purchased and paid.

■Multiple membership registrations by the same person are prohibited.

■Your winning rights to the in-person group autograph session will only be valid for the date and session (time period) you have selected.

<Notes on identity verification>

・When verifying your identity, we will check your photo ID against the one specified by the organizer. Verification in a state where your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish is prohibited.

If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.

・Students who have not been issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one “identification document with photo” from among the documents specified above (1) to (7).

Flow of the in-person group signing session

① Reception

・Please be sure to come to the reception desk in front of the venue during the registration hours and present the "Participation notification screen from your UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE My Page" and "Photo identification."

*Please have your documents ready so that you can show them to the staff at the reception desk immediately.

・You will be given a ticket to the in-person group autograph session at the reception.

・If you bring multiple participation notices to the same session, you will be given multiple in-person group autograph session tickets for the same number of tickets you have won.

・If you have been selected for multiple divisions, registration will be held for each division separately, so please come to the registration time for the division you are interested in. (You cannot register for multiple divisions at the same time.)

<Regarding the signature on the CD jacket>

・You cannot specify the location to sign.

・Please note that all members will sign on List 1.

② Line up

Once your identity verification is complete, you will be asked to line up inside the venue.

After completing the identity verification process, you will not be able to leave the venue until the in-person group signing session ends. Please use the restroom beforehand.

・During the in-person group autograph session, it is prohibited to hold electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, penlights, slogans, etc. in your hands or in your pockets. Please leave them in the designated area.

・The size of luggage you can bring into the venue is limited to one piece of baggage that can be carried on one shoulder. (Carry-on cases are not permitted.)

- Nameplates and other items should be worn around the neck or attached to clothing.

- Regarding nameplates, please remove any that are larger than a CD size.

- Regarding stuffed animals and other merchandise larger than a CD, even if you are wearing them around your neck, you will be asked to remove them when you participate in the autograph session.

③Sign

・When instructed by staff, please proceed to the front of the group.

- Please note that there will be a droplet shield between the member and the customer when signing.

- When you receive a signal from the staff, please move promptly to the next member.

・The event will end when all members have finished signing and the staff has handed over the signed CD jacket to you.

*The CD jacket will include each member's signature, name, and date.

*Only pens provided by the organizers may be used for signing.

*You cannot choose the member whose name and date you want to fill in.

*Please enter your name and date on Table 1. You cannot specify a location.

- You cannot specify the location where you want the signature to be written on the CD jacket.

Regarding the Name Form

★We will write your name along with the signature, so please write your desired name on the name entry form that will be given to you at the venue reception.

*Please write your name in "hiragana" or "katakana." (Nicknames are not allowed, and the use of both hiragana and katakana, romaji, kanji, emoticons, emoticons, punctuation marks, and special characters and symbols (♡ &, etc.) are not allowed.)

*Multiple names cannot be entered for one customer.

*Full names are not accepted.

*Only the last name or first name, or "last name or first name" + "the title below" are possible. (Omission of the last name or first name is not allowed as it will be considered a nickname.)

*Titles are limited to "chan," "san," and "kun."

Example: If your real name is "Tanaka Taro", only "Tanaka", "Tanaka + honorific", "Tarou", "Tarou + honorific" (or written in katakana) are OK.

*The name entry slip will be checked during identity verification. Anything other than the one attached to the participation ticket will not be accepted.

■Notes regarding in-person group autograph sessions

- At the in-person group signing session, you can participate in the signing session with all six members once per participation right.

-At the in-person group signing event, each member will sign the first edition CD jacket of "Sweet" that you purchased and a staff member will hand it over to you.

・As a general rule, signatures will not be rewritten. However, signatures will only be rewritten if they are clearly written incorrectly. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the venue staff.

-For in-person group signing sessions, you cannot specify the size of the signature, name, or date to be written.

・You cannot specify the writing style (e.g. writing with your non-dominant hand, etc.).

・The following are prohibited when signing:

*If you are wearing a headgear or hat that covers your face, you may be asked to remove it at the discretion of staff.

*Touching the splash prevention sheet is prohibited.

・Photography and video recording is permitted only while waiting in line. Photography and video recording is prohibited during group signing sessions.

・Please turn off your mobile phone and put it away in your bag. Having your mobile phone in your pocket is prohibited.

・Live streaming is strictly prohibited. If prohibited behavior is discovered, you will be asked to delete the data, all winning rights will be invalidated, and you will be asked to leave the venue.

・You may use any device, such as a smartphone, mobile phone, or digital camera, but please refrain from using flash photography or the use of tripods, selfie sticks, or large telephoto lenses as they may be a nuisance to other customers.

・Please note that we may suddenly decide on the day to disable filming.

- Images and videos taken cannot be used for monetization or commercial purposes.

・The creation and sale of unofficial merchandise using the image or name of OCTPATH is prohibited.

■Other notes

*The "Participation Notice" sent by UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE will not be reissued under any circumstances. If you are unable to display the "Participation Notice" on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate in the event.

*Please note that if you cancel your membership with UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE, your My Page and "Participation Notification" will be deleted and cannot be restored.

*Forgery and resale of "Participation Notice" and "Photo ID" are strictly prohibited. If forgery or resale is discovered, all "In-Person Group Signing Session" participation rights will be invalidated and you will be denied participation in all future OCTPATH events.

*Videos and images of the event on the day may be posted on official related websites.

*Event details may be subject to change. Please be aware of this before applying.

*When participating, please keep your valuables with you at all times.

*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary.

*Please note that we will not be accepting gifts or fan letters at the reception or inside the venue.

*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.

*Even if an applicant/participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation or inability to participate in this project, our company, the companies related to this project, and the artists shall not be held liable in any way, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

*If any illegal actions such as lending or borrowing ID or reselling or transferring the rights are found, the winning rights will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone who has been involved with such illegal actions will be ineligible for future lottery applications.

*Please do not gather on public roads or in shared spaces near the venue. Also, waiting for attendees to appear from early in the morning around the venue is prohibited.

Please note that we cannot verify the identity of the customer even if a family member or relative who did not purchase the ticket accompanies the customer.

*If a parent or guardian is accompanying a child who is in elementary school or older, the parent or guardian should wait outside the lane after the registration for each member lane has finished.

*Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.

*In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch customers' shoulders, arms, etc. to guide them. Please understand this before participating.

*There is no cloakroom or other space to store luggage at the event venue. If you have a suitcase or large baggage, please leave it in a coin locker or similar facility before waiting in line for the reception desk.

*Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to residents at or near the venue, such as littering or noise, is prohibited.

*Due to weather, trouble, the spread of COVID-19, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or members may be changed or absent. In addition, the event schedule and content may be changed due to circumstances. In such cases, no refunds or refunds will be given. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled or ended midway. Please be aware of this in advance.
