☆★☆Information about electronic tickets☆★☆
*A smartphone is required to display the electronic ticket.
Tablet devices are not recommended and may not function properly when displaying e-tickets or processing admission, so please make sure to bring a smartphone.
*You can receive your electronic ticket via your registered email address or the "Notification Box" on the old Ticketyoshi app.
*Electronic tickets can be picked up from 10:00 on Wednesday, April 27th.
*If you purchase multiple tickets, you can share the e-tickets. However, one ticket must be used by the purchaser. Also, tickets received through sharing cannot be shared.
*If you purchase multiple tickets, you can enter with your companions without sharing them. In that case, the purchaser must present the tickets for all the people entering.
*Please be careful when managing and handling the e-ticket receiving URL and distribution URL.
*You will not be able to enter with a screenshot due to the admission process. The ticket must be the ticket page opened by tapping the ticket URL.
*Once you have used a ticket, it will be considered used. You will not be able to enter with a used ticket.

*For wheelchair spaces or discounts for people with disabilities, please contact the FANY Ticket Inquiry Line at [TEL] 0570 (550) 100 (10:00-19:00 / Open every day).
(Wheelchair users will be required to watch the performance from a designated area.)
You and up to one accompanying person can purchase tickets at the discounted price.
Details regarding ticket payment and wristband receipt will be provided to you when your reservation is confirmed.
*Customers will be seated together.
If you purchase multiple tickets, you may be seated across an aisle from each other.
*Admission for preschool children is free only if accompanied by a parent/guardian. However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.
*On April 29th (Friday, national holiday), some events will be streamed for a fee via FANY Online Tickets.
Details on the sale of streaming tickets will be announced on the official website as soon as they are decided. (There are no plans for paid streaming for performances after the 30th.)
*There will be a free area with seating for all performances. If you have an M-stage ticket for the day of the performance, you can use it.
* Guests under the age of 16 may enter only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*Includes admission to Expo Commemoration Park.
*Please note that the event will be recorded and there is a possibility that you may appear in the footage.
*Performers may be subject to cancellation or change due to unforeseen circumstances.
There will be no refunds for tickets or usage fees due to cancellations or changes to performers.
*Refunds will not be made due to transportation issues (cancellation, suspension of services, traffic congestion, etc.).
*The event will proceed rain or shine, but may be suspended or canceled in the event of severe weather.

*When using fans or cheering boards, please refrain from holding them above chest height.

*To prevent infection, the following events will be canceled.
・Receiving gifts, fan letters, gifts, and flowers for performers
・Waiting for performers to arrive and leave
*Information regarding admission on the day of the FES will be posted on the official website prior to the event. Please be sure to check it before coming.
*On the day of the event, you will need to go to the special M-stage entrance next to the central entrance to confirm your electronic ticket and tracking registration, then exchange it for a wristband and be admitted.
*We will check that your wristband is being worn correctly at the M-Stage special entrance and at the M-Stage entrance.
*Please note that if we discover any unauthorized use of the wristband, such as multiple people using the same band, you may be forced to leave or denied entry.
*If you lose your wristband (ticket), it cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Also, once the wristband is removed from your arm, it becomes invalid.
