• *Tickets required for ages 3 and up, limited to 2 tickets per person
• *The designated seating areas are along the handrails on the third floor. Standing is prohibited in these areas to prevent accidents.
• *Due to the structure of the venue, some seats with "obstructed view" may not be able to see, or may have very poor visibility of, the performers, stage, production, or parts of the video.
• *Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to changes in performers.
• *Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
• *Transfer and resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• *On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules established by the organizers.
• *You may be asked to show identification upon entry.
• *If the number of advance tickets is reached, there may be no more seats available for sale. Sales will end once the number of tickets is reached.

Other notes

• *Please refrain from chatting inside the venue, lobby, etc.
• *We will decline to accept gifts, flower stands, or celebratory flowers in order to reduce the risk of infection.
• *Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave around the venue.
• *As a general rule, tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
• *We do not plan to sell alcohol at the venue. Bringing your own alcohol is also prohibited.
  Please follow the instructions of staff and refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other passengers, such as using any seat other than your own.
• *If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation in protecting OCTPATH 's portrait.

Precautions for use

• *When using official merchandise, please refrain from holding it above chest height.
• *When using slogans, etc., it is prohibited to extend beyond your seat. If the staff determines that it is interfering with the performance or causing a nuisance to other customers, we may refuse your use. Please note.
• *Decoration of official merchandise is possible as long as it is within the size of each product.
• *Even if you contact us requesting permission to carry out a project by a group of volunteers, we cannot act as an intermediary, cooperate, or support.
• *It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using the image or name of OCTPATH within the venue premises or in nearby facilities or public places. Furthermore, such actions will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  If we find any unauthorized sales or distribution, we will confiscate the products and conduct identity checks, and if we find that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the concert and venue. In more serious cases, we may take photos or video of eavesdroppers without prior notice to prevent recurrence, and we may be forced to take legal action against you for illegal activities, so please absolutely refrain from such behavior.
  Furthermore, unless the number of people buying these products decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the sale and distribution of these products. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.
