Information regarding precautions

• ●Tickets required for ages 3 and up, limited to 2 tickets per person
• ●Doors opening and performance start times may be subject to change.
• ●The performers may change without notice. Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to changes in performers.
• ●Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
• ●Transfer and resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• ●On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules set by the organizers.
• ●The name and contact information you registered when purchasing your ticket may be provided to public institutions as necessary.
• ●You may be asked to show identification upon entry.
• ●Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance. In addition, if any of the following apply to you, we ask that you refrain from visiting.
  ・Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (one degree higher than normal) (Please take your temperature before heading to the venue.)
  -Those who have visited a doctor or taken medicine for fever or cold symptoms within two weeks from the date of the performance
  -Those who have experienced abnormal smell, abnormal taste, cough, runny nose, or fever within two weeks from the performance date
  
• ●Please wear a mask when visiting. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
• ●If you become unwell after entering the venue, please inform a staff member immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on your symptoms.)
• ●Please refrain from chatting inside the venue, lobby, etc.
• ●Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance. Please disinfect your hands thoroughly.
• ●We will check that no staff members are unwell by taking their temperature.
• If you are found to be in a state of unwell health (especially if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher when taken before coming to work), you will be asked to stay at home immediately and a substitute staff member will take care of you.
• ●During the performance, the venue will be ventilated at regular intervals and there will be times when the doors inside the venue will be temporarily opened for ventilation.
• ●We will decline gifts, flower arrangements, and celebratory flowers in order to reduce the risk of infection.
• ●Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave around the venue.
• ●In principle, tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
• ●We do not plan to sell alcohol at the venue. Bringing alcohol into the venue is also prohibited.
• ●Please follow infection prevention measures and instructions from staff, and refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as using seats other than your own.
• ●If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.

■ Regarding support goods and volunteer projects

• ● Please be aware that using materials other than OCTPATH support advertisements (photos released on the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, etc., photos taken secretly at performances or other places where photography is not permitted) to create products and sell or distribute them to an unspecified number of people is an infringement of OCTPATH 's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller makes a profit or not. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in protecting OCTPATH 's portrait.
• ● Bringing in any support goods other than official OCTPATH merchandise is prohibited, but slogans may be brought in.

[Precautions when using]

• ●When using official merchandise, please refrain from holding it above chest height.
• ●When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited for them to extend beyond your seat.
• ●Please note that we may refuse your use if staff determines that your use will interfere with the performance or cause inconvenience to other customers.
• ●Decoration of official merchandise is possible as long as it is within the size of each product.
• ●Even if customers contact us requesting permission to carry out a project by their own volunteers, we are unable to act as an intermediary, cooperate or support.
• ●It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial merchandise using the image or name of OCTPATH within the venue premises or in nearby facilities or public places. Furthermore, such actions will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  If we find any unauthorized sales or distribution, we will confiscate the products and conduct identity checks, and if we find that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the concert and venue. In more serious cases, we may take photos or video of eavesdroppers without prior notice to prevent recurrence, and we may be forced to take legal action against you for illegal activities, so please absolutely refrain from such behavior.
  Furthermore, unless the number of people buying these products decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the sale and distribution of these products. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.
