Tickets for this performance can only be picked up as "electronic tickets".

You will receive your e-ticket via LINE message. Please read all of the following precautions before proceeding. *Tablet devices are not recommended and may not display e-tickets, so please use a smartphone.

・You will need to install the LINE app on your smartphone and become friends with the "FANY ID" LINE account. Add us as a friend on LINE from the URL below, or search for "FANY ID" on LINE.

・Before applying, please make sure that you have registered the correct "name, furigana, and phone number" in your FANY ID, FANY app, or old Ticketyoshi app profile. (Existing members should enter this in "Shipping Name"; new members should enter this in "FANY Ticket Name.") The "name" you registered will be printed on the electronic ticket.
*If you make any changes to your profile, please log out of FANY Ticket before applying.
・If your "FANY ID" LINE account has been blocked, you will not be able to receive your e-ticket. Please unblock your account before applying. (If you delete the LINE message containing the e-ticket URL or are unable to receive it, you can resend it by clicking "LINE Login" on your My Page.)
・当落発表メールを受信できるよう、ドメイン指定受信・メール指定受信設定をされている方は、「yticket@info.eventify.co.jp」を受信できるよう設定しておいてください。
※旧チケよしアプリでお申し込みされ、且つFANY IDでのログインまたは統合をされていない場合は、アプリメニューの「お知らせボックス」に表示されます。
・Your e-ticket can only be viewed through the LINE account you registered when you applied. You cannot change the LINE account you registered after you applied. Even if you change your smartphone model, you can still view your ticket as long as you have the same LINE account.
・You will receive your electronic ticket (a URL to display the ticket) two days before the performance.
*Your seat can only be confirmed on the electronic ticket screen.
*Only the person whose name is printed on the electronic ticket and their companions will be allowed to enter. Tickets cannot be distributed or transferred, so please make sure that the purchaser and companion enter together. We may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring your ID.
・You will not be able to enter with a screenshot due to the admission process. The ticket must be the ticket page opened by tapping the ticket URL.
・Once a ticket has been used, it will be considered used. You will not be able to enter the venue with a used ticket.

Notes

*Tickets required for ages 3 and up
*Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to changes in performers.
*Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
*Please note that if the advance sale exceeds the planned number of tickets, there will be no general sale.
*Transfer and resale are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
*On the day of the performance, please enjoy the event in accordance with the viewing rules established by the organizers.
*The name and contact information you registered when purchasing your ticket may be provided to public institutions as necessary.
*You may be asked to show identification upon entry.
*Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance. In addition, if any of the following apply to you, please refrain from visiting.
・Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (one degree higher than normal) (Please take your temperature before heading to the venue.
-Those who have visited a doctor or taken medicine for fever or cold symptoms within two weeks from the date of the performance
-Those who have experienced abnormal smell, abnormal taste, cough, runny nose, or fever within two weeks from the performance date
*Please wear a mask when visiting. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
*If you become unwell after entering the venue, please inform a staff member immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on your symptoms.)

Other notes

*Please refrain from chatting inside the venue, lobby, etc.
* Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance. Please be sure to disinfect your hands thoroughly.
*During the performance, the venue will be ventilated at regular intervals and the doors inside the venue will be temporarily opened for ventilation.
*We will decline to accept gifts, flower stands, or celebratory flowers in order to reduce the risk of infection.
*Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave around the venue.
*As a general rule, tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. Please understand this before purchasing.
*We do not plan to sell alcohol at the venue. Bringing your own alcohol is also prohibited.
*Please follow the infection prevention measures and instructions of staff, and refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as using seats other than your own.
*If the organizers determine that you are interfering with safety, you will be asked to leave.
